Beautiful Lakefront 1BR 1BA Guest House in Carillon Beach. It's cozy, and offers everything you need including full-size kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. For peaceful nights, there is a king size bed with memory foam mattress. The home offers a lot of space outside with a 150 square foot balcony with a dining set. There is also a beautiful patio with a grill, two Adirondack rocking chairs, and a porch swing that sit right on Lake Carillon - all perfect for Happy Hour and watching sunsets. When you're ready to go to the beach, it's a short walk down the sidewalk to Crossover #7 where you will find 3/4-mile of beautiful beach. No need to cross a busy street. There you will find two beach lounge chairs with an umbrella reserved just for you during the season (March 1 - October 30). When you've had enough sand, enjoy the three pools - one overlooking the majestic Gulf of Mexico, a heated pool, or the pool just five lots from InnJoy. When you return, enjoy the outside shower with hot water.

The owners live in the main house on the property so we're available if you have any problems or need any assistance selecting that perfect restaurant. We will treat you like guests in our own home!

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. The whole unit was just the right size for us. Clean, appliances were new, the shower was big and relaxing. There were all the things needed in a kitchen. The back balcony had a beautiful view of the lake. Short walk to the beach, which was quiet and beautiful. Our Host was so available! We will be coming back again. Thank you for such a special time.

Exceptional Stay at InnJoy

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our stay at InnJoy. Cosy friendly carriage house only steps from the beach

Anniversary Getaway

Our stay at Innjoy was exactly what my wife and I needed. The space and location is perfect for a romantic beach getaway. I was shocked at how well stocked and organized the property was. Tonda was so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay and is a wonderful host. If you’re even remotely considering staying here I would definitely pull the trigger, you will not regret it.

Great location

We were very pleased with the location of this rental. We felt very safe in the gated community and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had great communication with the owner; she was very accommodating. The unit was well stocked with everything you need. We did feel it could use a fresh coat of paint and some deep cleaning.

Quick get-away

Loved the location. Easy walk to the beach access and pools. The beach is great and not crowded! We really enjoyed the beach chairs and not having to carry so much to the beach. We enjoyed the upper deck overlooking the pond at night and early mornings in the shade. Well stocked home with blender, dishes, paper towels, garbage bags etc that make the stay easier than trying to remember everything you might need. I appreciated knowing that all shams and bedding are washed between guests. Friendly host!

Perfect Getaway!

Just perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at “Inn Joy” so much! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip to Carillon and it was perfect for the two of us! The proximity to the beach and pool was so nice- super easy walking distance. The carriage house was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed. And the view from the balcony at sunrise and sunset was just unbeatable! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
