Newly renovated, 35E is a gulf-front 2 bedroom /2 bath condo at fabulous High Pointe Resort, right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. High Pointe features a lazy river, bicycles & pickleball. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella set up included in rentals.

Experience a beach lifestyle in this Gulf-facing condo overlooking stunning blue water. The furnished balcony is the best place to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine overlooking the panoramic view of the coastline and famous sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and large countertops to make mealtimes a breeze.
After a delicious breakfast, you can head out the door to play a few games on the tennis court, pickleball court, or show off your shuffleboard skills. After working up a sweat with some friendly competition, head to the lagoon-style pool and take a dip in the refreshing waters. We had a fantastic stay at this condo for our family’s fall break! The place was spotless and so well maintained you can tell it’s cared for. The view of the beach was absolutely amazing, and being right on 30A made it so convenient to everything we wanted to do. We loved being able to walk or bike to great restaurants, shops, and beach spots. It was the perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and location. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom condo at High Pointe in Seacrest. The unit was spotless and tastefully decorated—everything felt fresh, modern, and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were top quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals super easy.The views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk to Rosemary Beach and only half a mile from Allys. We loved being able to walk or bike everywhere!The property itself is fantastic: the pool is huge and beautifully maintained, there’s a great playground for the kids, and we enjoyed the pickleball courts as well.A special shoutout to Theresa, our host—she was so sweet, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
