Here, exposed wood beams overhead and honey-colored wood flooring below add just the right dash of casual style to this sumptuous room. A wall of crystal-clear windows looks out over the backyard and pool, while the comfy slip-covered furnishings surround the large HDTV.

Next to the living space are the DINING AREA and KITCHEN, both open, welcoming spots. The dining table has seating for eight people, while the lustrous peninsula bar has casual seating for five more. Your whole group will love spending time in this large room, which allows for effortless socializing. The appliance suite includes a gas range, spacious refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher, and in-drawer microwave, all surrounded by gleaming, custom wood cabinetry, and quartz countertops.

Three of the five bedrooms are located on this main level. The first bedroom is the PRIMARY SUITE and features a king-size bed and a seating area with a large HDTV. Through the walk-in closet lies the ENSUITE BATHROOM, with a double vanity and giant step-in shower. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM has a king-size bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM includes a twin-size bed with a twin-size trundle. Another FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway.

Upstairs, a BUNK ROOM includes a full-over-full-size bunk bed and another separate full-size bed, allowing six people to sleep comfortably in this space. This corner room is filled with windows and bright sunlight and opens onto the second-floor balcony overlooking the pool area below. There’s also a FIFTH GUEST BEDROOM on this floor with a king-size bed and ENSUITE BATHROOM, and another FULL BATHROOM accessed from the hallway.
