This newly-built stunning home is the perfect spot to celebrate the vacation you deserve. La Joya Azul was professionally designed/decorated and includes a 6-Seater Golf Cart, 6 Bikes, a Private Heated Pool, and comfortably sleeps 22 guests! This home is conveniently located just a few minute stroll from the beach access and sits on the coveted East end of 30A which is a short cart ride to Alys & Rosemary Beach for some of the best restaurants and shopping 30a has to offer!

La Joya Azul is a multi-family, luxury vacation home designed for all ages. 6 of the 7 Bedrooms include a King bed, lavish mattress/sheets, and its own ensuite bathroom. It also features Multiple living areas with an open living/cooking/dining floor plan that makes it perfect for entertaining. The top floor is the ideal sanctuary for the kids to enjoy with TV’s, Foosball, and Custom Bunks making for a fun time the kids will never forget!

Feel like taking a break from the beach, then look no further, as the outdoor oasis will make it hard to leave. Take your choice as you can enjoy the private heated pool, tanning on the sun shelf pool loungers, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling out in the chefs outdoor kitchen, or watching the game from the poolside cabana, La Joya Azul has it all. High-end details surround the home inside and out, creating a true sense of luxury your families will be looking forward to year after year.

La Joya Azul is conveniently located 1 mile from a main North/South road (Watersound Parkway) that provides immediate access Highway 98, which allows the ability to travel East towards Panama City Beach/Pier Park for the shopping, movie theaters and more, or West, towards Destin…not to mention the direct access to the new Publix just minutes away that also includes a liquor store and new restaurants coming! If you drove your electric car this way, then no need to bring a charger, as we have a J1772 electric charger onsite in the garage waiting for you!

POOL DIMENSIONS: 11 feet x 19 feet 3-5 ft deep

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

Great location! It was an easy bike ride to Alys and Rosemary Beach and a very quick walk to the public beach. Our family loved the heated pool and hot tub and the outdoor tv / lounge area. It was nice to have the kitchen, living room, and dining room close to the outdoor table and pool so we could feel like we were all together. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great Family Vacation

Gorgeous Clean Home in Great Location!

We stayed at La Joya Azul last weekend for a girls trip and the house was gorgeous and immaculately clean! It's in a wonderful location and the beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and there are nice outdoor porches and areas at the pool for hanging. The golf cart and bikes were a fun addition (included with the rental). Would definitely recommend this home!!

We stayed at this Seacrest Beach home with four families for Thanksgiving and overall had a great experience. The house was spacious, comfortable, and worked really well for a large group. Pool and outdoor are was great for the teens. The layout gave everyone room to spread out, and the location made getting to the beach very easy.We did run into a couple of issues on the first day — the gas hadn’t been connected to the stove, one of the stove knobs wasn’t working and the I’ve maker had not been turned on. The host responded promptly and addressed the issues, but it was a bit inconvenient when we first arrived.Aside from that hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and found the home to be a good fit for our group. With those items resolved, this was an excellent spot for families traveling together.

The home was amazing!! We had 17 total people staying with us, infants, elementary aged kids, teenagers and adults. The home worked perfectly. The pool area was wonderful, the outdoor living space was perfect. Small things like beach towels, beach chairs and toys were a great touch! Would highly recommend this property!!

30A Treasure!!!

What a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Close to all our favorite areas along 30A. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with plenty of everything needed. The golf cart and beach chairs were a great extra bonus. We spent lots of time by the pool in an amazing back yard. This home is perfect for a large family or group of friends. We will definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends!

Dream Vacation

My family has been vacationing in this area since I was a child. We adore the white sand and blue water. Our family is huge now so finding a place that comfortably houses all 21 of us for a reasonable price has been very hard. This house was a dream! Big rooms, fun bunk and kid area, large well stocked kitchen, amazing backyard and pool…we will be back for sure! Beds and linens were so cozy. The golf cart was so helpful and fun!!! Distance to beach was easily walkable. We loved how close Alys beach, Rosemary, and Seaside were.

Beautiful home for big group

This property was perfect in every way and accommodated our large, multi-family group with ease. The design and decor was beachy but modern and beautiful; high-end all the way. It was easily walkable to the beach, even for us old folks. But it was still great having the golf cart. It was difficult to return to our normal lives after our amazing vacation. Property owners and managers went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The house was absolutely beautiful and beds were so comfy . Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The cleanest property I have ever stayed in . Very roomy for our family of 13 . So close to the beach access and the pool was amazing . Had a beach wagon and beach chairs for us to use as well as skim boards and sand toys .Lots of floats for the pool too ! Could go on and on ❤️I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group ❤️ Made lots of memories and we hope to return someday ❤️

Long weekend for group of friends

There were 7 of us celebrating our collective 40th birthdays and this house was just perfection! It was so nice having all the bedrooms with their own bathrooms. We loved the pool and spa, and all the areas to hang around to chat or watch tv. The dual dishwasher was fab. I got a text the morning of our arrival and had great communication from the host the whole time! The spa wouldn’t heat properly the first night and they had someone out the next morning and the issue was quickly resolved. Would be a great house for kids and families as well- highly recommend!
