ABOUT LAGERHEADS:
Lagerheads is a secluded gem situated in the tranquil community of Inlet Beach adjacent to Rosemary Beach. Offering a comprehensive array of amenities, Lagerheads encompasses golf, sand, surf, WiFi, unique boutiques, and dining options. Guests can bask in the sun, take a dip in the pool, or leisurely walk to the pristine white sandy beaches just half a block away. The property presents an ideal setting for a perfect retreat, with a short walk or bike ride to neighboring destinations such as Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Aly's Beach.

Lagerheads is a two-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home that comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Recently refurbished, the home features new flooring on the second floor, updated bathroom vanities, modern appliances, and refreshed kitchen and decor. Upon entering the main floor, guests are greeted with a charming kids' "hang out" area, complete with vibrant bean bag chairs and a flat-screen TV with Blue Ray/DVD player. Additionally, there is a kids' room with two bunk beds, each featuring a full-sized bed on the bottom bunk, catering to a total of six children. A king-sized bedroom and a newly renovated full bathroom with double sinks and a shower are also located on the first floor.

The second floor boasts an expansive open living area, dining space, and fully-equipped kitchen with ample seating for all guests. Guests can relax on the spacious open deck, grill, sip cocktails, and oversee the pool activities below. An alternative dining option is available on the large screened front porch, offering breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf. Furthermore, the second floor comprises a luxurious Master King Suite with a private bathroom, a large guest room with two queen beds, and a full bath in the hallway.

Guests can relish the expansive yard, ideal for children and pets, and partake in recreational activities such as volleyball, badminton, or cornhole, with equipment provided on the premises. Alternatively, guests can utilize the complimentary beach set or the four bicycles provided for further exploration. For added convenience, a new fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water and an electric car charger have been recently installed for the benefit of environmentally conscious guests.
