Inside the home, you will be greeted by a foyer area with a grand winding staircase. On this level is a primary bedroom with direct access to the residence's private courtyard. This room boasts a private on-suite bathroom with double vanities and a shower. Just across the hall is a coastal themed bunked room with double twin stacked beds. French doors in this room make it especially easy for tired little ones to climb into bed after spending time at the nearby community park. This room as well has access to a half bath, a laundry room, and walk-in shower with direct access to the courtyard.

Ascend the staircase to a room adorned with beautiful French doors. Not only do these doors lead to a spacious balcony, but they are also perfect for allowing the fresh coastal breeze inside the home. The kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances and white granite countertops, creating a sleek interior. This space as well has access to its own private balcony, which makes it an ideal spot to wind down after dinner. The kitchen flows into a formal dining area with a view of the central winding staircase. On the other side of the floor, a spacious living area, equipped with a flatscreen TV, is ideal for a family movie night.

The third floor is the epitome of exclusivity with the entire floor servicing a junior master with a king bed beneath a charming cottage-style vaulted ceiling. This floor also offers a private full bathroom with a separate shower and tub.

A staircase in the corner leads to a spacious private sleeping area, providing a secluded space for up to 2 guests.
