The Space:
Step into a generously sized and meticulously designed condo at Laketown Wharf, offering nearly1500sq ft of comfortable living space. This unit is thoughtfully laid out to accommodate up to 10 guests, ensuring everyone has room to relax and unwind.

Bedroom & Bathroom Configuration:

Master Suite:
Features a luxurious king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a private attached bathroom designed for indulgence. The en-suite boasts a spacious standing shower with glass doors, an oversized soaking tub, a double sink vanity, and a private toilet room. A huge walk-in closet provides ample shelving and storage.

Second Bedroom:
Offers a comfortable king-size bed, dresser, nightstand, flat-screen TV, and its own private en-suite bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo.

Third Bedroom:
Equipped with one queen bed and one full-size bed, dresser, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for families or multiple guests.

Alcove:
A cozy small alcove features twin bunk beds, ideal for children.

Third Full Bathroom:
Located in the hallway, this full bathroom ensures convenience for all guests.

Living & Dining Areas:

Our brand-new, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting new appliances (stove, oven, double-sided refrigerator, dishwasher) and fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals. A charming desk nook provides a convenient workspace. The dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests at the main table, complemented by a breakfast bar with seating for 4, ensuring plenty of space for meals and gatherings.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room, with shelving above for your convenience.

Initial Supplies:
For your convenience, we provide starter supplies including linens for all beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set, 1 starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and several trash bags. Guests are encouraged to bring beach towels.

Our resort is across the street from the beach, and we are directly across from Pineapple Willy's. There are 3 beach access points directly across the street from us. It's a short, easy walk across street to our beautiful white sandy beaches.
