Legacy Alexander at Palm Court sits on the top floor of the Alexander building in Seacrest Beach, offering a rare combination of space, comfort, and direct beach access. Three full bedroom suites plus a sleeper sofa sleep up to eight guests, with plenty of room to spread out and genuinely relax.

Whether your group is spending mornings on the sugar-white sand, exploring Scenic Highway 30A on the included beach cruiser bikes, or dining out in Rosemary Beach in the evenings, everything is within easy reach.

🏖️ Private Beach Access
Your stay includes private deeded beach access to Seacrest Beach. From March through October, complimentary golf cart tram service runs from the building directly to the shoreline. Four adult beach cruiser bikes are also provided — perfect for exploring the 30A corridor at your own pace.

The expansive private balcony, furnished with a teak outdoor grouping, is an ideal spot to begin and end the day. Morning coffee with a breeze off the water, evening wine as the sun drops toward the Gulf. The master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The open-concept main living space flows easily from the sitting area — with a sectional sleeper sofa and curved flat-screen TV — into the dining room and kitchen. The dining table seats six, with a four-stool peninsula bar for additional casual seating. The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dedicated beverage cooler, and a dishwasher. This is a kitchen designed to be cooked in.

The Legacy Alexander penthouse suite 404 - the largest in the beautiful building met and exceeded our expectations. From the simple check in to the top notch management team that replied promptly to the few questions we had it was a relaxing, luxurious and perfect stay. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the extremely comfortable balcony furniture, dreamy king size bed, cozy OK honey bun reading chaise a great selection of books. We enjoyed it so much. We are coming back, hopefully in February. Thank you for making this beautiful home available.

We absolutely loved staying at The Legacy! This was our 6th visit to Seacrest area and this location can't be beat! The space of the condo is quite large and was more than enough room for 4 adults. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views

I have been coming to this area for 15 years and this was one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Very clean. Very updates. Beautiful views. Management was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The microwave broke on the last day and they had us a replacement within a couple of hours. I was very impressed and would highly recommend. Kitchen was well stocked! Our family had a great week!

Great vacay!

Great location and love being on the 4th floor so we can see the ocean. Well decorated, and appointed. The bedroom closet were a especially appreciated with lots of storage space and hangers. It would be great to have info about how the tvs work in each room. Never figured out how to get cable channels in the bedrooms. Would have enjoyed a "dining" table & chairs on the deck. Would love to book again. Thank you.

Beautiful condo-even better in person!

Beautiful condo! We happened to stay during the 4th of July and we were able to see all of fireworks from all of the beach towns. What an amazing view! The condo was extremely clean and you just cannot beat the location! We were a short walk to downtown Rosemary and Alys. A few things to keep in mind: the kitchen is not stocked with the basics. You will need to bring cooking oil all the way down to the salt (although we left the salt and pepper!). We had to do a big grocery haul to be able to cook anything at the condo. The private beach is packed. It’s a small area for all of the Seacrest residence, so it’s a fight to get your umbrella set up in the morning. But overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It’s just fabulous!

Very spacious, nice decor, good bedding and a better than expected water view.The location was great with one exception. The constant sound of cars driving up and down 30A was a bit intrusive. Having the water view and opportunity to watch the sunset each night helped offset the road noise-level. The staff at 30A Luxury Properties could not have been more professional. We do highly recommend this rental company.!
