The location was wonderful. The cook ware is at a minimum. The dishwasher has black mold all in it and it does not clean the dishes.

We had a great 6 night stay. The property is spacious and the distance to the beach was perfect. The biggest perk was having 2 refrigerators! Communication with Warren Rentals was top notch. We will definitely be back.

So nice to stay right on beach— easy access to waterfront. Would have liked stair railings on boardwalk leading from house to sand — not ADA compliant? Elevator in house a real plus!!! Directions on how use would have been helpful. Overall a very accommodating house for 13 of us. Would stay again— however very pricy!!

This will now be an ANNUAL FAMILY TRIP!

5 STARs will not properly express our overall stay at the Fabulous Looney Dunes. There were 19 Adults and we had more room than we imagined. From the informative welcome, the speedy response to minor issues, to the detailed checkout instructions...we had an AMAZING TIME, so much so, this is now become an annual trip!Sure there were a few minor issue we didn't bother you with, ie no way to regulate the temperature in the 2nd floor bdr, it stayed on arctic and no tv remote. The lighting in the 2nd floor Powder Room was very dim. Also, the 2nd floor furniture (common area where everybody hangouts)...sofa sectional and island stools need to be thoroughly cleaned. None of that affected our stay...comments from the fam:"This house is beautiful...""We are situated perfectly on the beach...""The elevator is a GOD SEND!"I feel like we are on an episode of the "The Lifestyles of Rich & Famous""Can we come back next year...""Can we come back every year..."Ok, I will leave space for other outstanding reviews. I can go on forever on ALL the pros this house had to offer...huge rooms, ample rooms, game rooms, a dozen bath rooms!!!!!! ok, ok, I'll stop. Seriously, it was a fabulous stay and our property manager is now an honorary family member!!!! He was AWESOME!

Great location, nice place. Prominently advertised on website and photos heated pool . Pool heater was broken and wasn’t repaired for our stay. Too cold to swim in the ocean or pool. Very disappointing. Asked for fair compensation but only credited 4% on 5 day stay, and that’s not fair.

Perfect for family with 23 people!

This fit my extended family so well and we loved being right on the beach. From plenty of things for the kids to do while also accommodating my 90 year old grandad this house was perfect. The bunk room was great for the older kids, we thought there was an extra twin in one of the rooms and were a little disappointed to find out there wasn't but the room with the queen and full did the trick. Property management was always quick to respond and make sure the problem was resolved. Overall a great stay!

Nice beach

It’s nice that the house is new and has ensuites. It had a few maintenance items but they were taken care of the day we reported them. The kitchen has bare minimum for cooking. Location is 10-15 car drive from restaurants and shopping. Don’t waste your money with the golf cart. The beach was not crowded so that made the stay great.

Amazing Home for Family Vacation!

This home has everything. Beautiful kitchen for home cooked meals. The view. The location. The pool. The ocean. We loved everything about it. We rented a golf cart and could get everywhere we needed to from this location. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions. The kids had a blast in the playroom. We would love to go back!

Spring Break 2024

Our family of 19, my wife and I, our kids and grandkids stayed for Spring Break week. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family. There was plenty of space for all of us to roam without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to cook large meals for large groups. Each of our kids took a night and cooked for the family and it worked out great. The pool was awesome and it was nice that it was heated for the cool nights. Mitch was great. We had an issue with the pool not heating and he was there right away to take care of it and brought a new propane tank when we ran out. You couldn’t ask for better service by an owner. The views are spectacular and the beach is right out the door. We have already begun to plan our return trip to Looney Dunes. If you have a large family or even if not, this is the house for you.

Perfect location

This is an absolutely gorgeous home in a great location. There were a few things that could have been cleaner, like thresholds in doorways. Home was beautifully furnished, very welcoming. Only problem was we did not have use of the ground floor. When we arrived the A/C was not working properly and the repair people ended up flooding the floor. Big fans had to run for days. A pile of misc items had been pulled from a closet and left. The arcade games were on the ground floor and it was very inconvenient. We respectfully requested consideration of a partial monetary refund and got absolutely NO answer. Other than that, a nice vacation.
