Located in Panama City Beach in Laguna, the quiet west end of the beach, this house gives way to convenience! Shopping, Dining, entertainment and water adventures- Give our property manager a call to guide you with anything need to make your stay perfect! Super close to the beach, well put together property with lots of space. A few things did not operate correctly like the Master Bathroom Shower Handle, Garbage Disposal, and the floors were quite dirty upon arrival. All around it was a wonderful stay.

PERFECT Beach House!

I loved the house online, but getting there in person blew my expectations out of the water! We were welcomed with homemade cinnamon rolls (which were DELICIOUS) and other household supplies that made things smooth. The house was so clean and every room of the house was perfect for our group. The house is directly across the street from a public beach access, which made our trip amazing! There was also a shed with multiple chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach. On top of the beautiful house, Nick was the BEST host and was so easy to communicate. He allowed us to check in early (when available) and even came over in person to point out where to park for the week. It was so comforting to know we were staying somewhere with someone on top of communication who actually cared about his guests. I never had a single issue and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near the beach. Thank you, Nick!

Laguna Beach Fam Vacay

Communication from the host was almost immediate (even reaching out to me first) and the property was beautiful. The only drawback was the lack of some kitchen utensils. Beautiful home and wonderful host!

Great house with easy access to water

What an amazing place to stay!! The property manager, Judy, was responsive when I sent messages and eager to help. That was very much appreciated since it was our first visit to Panama City. The place was perfect. It fit our family just right and had plenty of room for our 10 people. I would highly recommend staying here. Easy walking distance to the beach, easy driving to other areas of town, and the beach was just beautiful!! Can’t wait for our next trip!! We will definitely stay here again.
