This large condo comfortably sleeps 10 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

Overall, was a nice place to stay. Beach itself was wonderful. Internet/wifi was fast. The TV’s were smart tv’s so that was nice. Check-in easy. BUT the bed in the master was awful. There’s a huge dip in the middle of the bed. The sofa was creaky and one of the cushions was ripped at the seam. The bathrooms are nice but there was not much hot water. There’s a jacuzzi tub that I didn’t turn on but you could barely fill the tub with hot water, much less also have someone take a shower. Would be pretty difficult for more than 2 people to take a shower in a condo that holds at least 6 people. Also the balcony itself was kinda small. Couldn’t imagine 6 people sharing space comfortably on it. The building was also working on the internet/wiring apparently and security just let them into the unit with no warning to us that they were coming other than a piece of paper in the elevators. No prior notice to the property manager (and thus to us). We were still sleeping when they came into the unit unannounced. A little disconcerting.

Our condo
 before I start I want to say we did have a good stay. However there are there are some things that really need improving. It needs some updating. It was not as clean as it should have been. The sheets on the master med had a small blood stain. There was also a spot of blood or something beside the toilet in the master bath when we arrived. The floors were gritty feeling as soon as we walked in. The bed in the master bedroom rolls to the middle. The queen bed in one room was very hard. The bunk beds needed to be tightened. Any time someone rolled over on the bunks they would shake and sThere were no bowls for cooking and very few cooking utensils. Some of the appliances need upgrading. These were things that could be improved upon. Especially the cleanliness. We did enjoy our stay but these things I have mentioned would help others have a more comfortable stay. Just little things.

The property is great. The condo cleaning people could do a better job. However the condo was as advertised. The master mattress is not the most comfy but did the job. The elevators was very slow. To be as big as the place is they need better elevators. As far as our stay we had a wonderful time. It was just little things as i described. Not a deal breaker as far as going back because the condo was all we really needed. An it was good. Just need better cleaners. An the check in process was a a hassle.

Great location, in need of additional services

Great location but that’s all really had going for it. Definitely recommend bringing extra towels and not just beach towels. Had 6 towels in a unit for a week for 10 people. Unit was dirty. Stuff under beds, couch and could feel sand on floor when first entering even. Deck hadn’t been cleaned. Most places also leave at least one extra toilet paper and trash bag. Not here. Only the partially used roll. Then they offer a 15 percent off next stay for a 5 star rating. No thanks. Won’t be staying here again.

Our PCB experience

All in all, nice rental but needs some tlc.Some of the issues in the unit were on other reviews so they haven’t been addressed. I sent a list of the issues to the landlord. The amenities list should be updated. No sauna or steam room. Loved the balcony view and beach access. All the employees that we spoke to were very friendly. The landlord answered me quickly when I reached out to him.

THIS Place needs ATTENTION NOW

The living carpet was nasty, the cabinet door fell off in the kitchen, some of the lights switches didn’t work, front bedroom tv didn’t work, washing machine went out and took them 4 days to fix it, balcony chair was broken, lacking kitchen utencils and skillets, microwave didn’t have a glass rotating plate, the bar ice machine didn’t work, refrigerator was not cooling then two days later it froze the food in certain areas, the couch was wore out and torn in several places, black mold in the showers, this condo needs some desperate attention. The majestic resort was nice but the condo itself was terrible!!!!

We got an awesome nightly rate so I was a little worried that the unit wouldn’t be what the pictures depicted. But, I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was exactly how it was listed. We would love to stay here again!

Very disappointed

It plainly says that the price you see is the price you pay, NO HIDDEN FEES. It told me my total price, so I paid. I got a receipt afterwards verifying the total. VRBO charged my card with their fee, which was what it previously said on the screen. However, Emerald Coast charged me quite a bit more than what their total said. I emailed them once I saw the wrong charge on my card & never got a reply. 2 weeks later, I emailed again & got a reply that it was a credit card processing fee that they charge. That is not the price it showed when I hit book now & not the price I agreed to pay. You advertise as NO HIDDEN FEES, so there shouldn’t be a credit card fee added to the final total I agreed to pay. That is not right at all. They said it was 4% of their charge, but it was more than 4%. They said it’s in their terms & agreements that I signed the day AFTER I booked the room & had already paid through VRBO. That is not good business & not fair at all.

The living room furniture in the condo is not the same as pictured! A large L shaped couch and large black coffee table takes up way to much space and the dining room table is so large there is no way to use it comfortably! There just isn’t enough room for such big furniture! The kitchen is large which I loved but needs more silverware.The master suite was nice. There is water damage at the baseboards but I didn’t see mold. If they would change the furniture in the living room to something not as bulky, It would be much more comfortable!

Our stay

It was the best view! We loved this condo! Very clean and the view was absolutely amazing! Check in and out was so easy as to normally have to go to front desk and get keys and all that and this place you have your code and don’t have to mess with any of that! It was clean and beds were comfortable! We go to Panama every year and will definitely be choosing this condo again next year!

not renovated

no renovations done, mold on the baseboards, had a weird smell, carpet was disgusting, owner did not email back after being contacted, room with queen bed got really hot during the night and you couldn’t put the air lower than 70, door does not lock when you leave unless you turn the tiny lock above the handle. all of these things irritated my family upon arrival and it wasn’t the exciting freshly renovated and clean condo we expected we were going to be staying in

Bring your cleaning supplies

Other reviews said there were roaches. I was terrified, didn't see these until after booking. We looked high and low, but thankfully didn't find any signs of bugs. However, you may want to bring your cleaning supplies, and spend the first night cleaning the entire place. We love the Majestic, but will not be staying in this condo again. I don't want to pay a cleaning fee and then have to clean the entire place when I get there. I always do a quick once over of most surfaces and bring my own bedding, but this was way beyond that. Looks like there has been flooding or serious leaks and they just tried to cover it cheaply. This is a landlord special room for sure. Couldn't get the living room TV to work, except to cast from our phones. So many rules, don't make fridge colder, which was not very cold at all, don't turn ac below 70, ridiculous. For the price, you should be able to stay cool and keep your food cold. The reviews about the dryer are correct, takes at least 3+ hours to dry towels, better to just hang them on chairs on the balcony. Full load of clothes took at least 2 hours. Master bed was horrible, sunk down in the middle. Just find another one...
