The full size kitchen offers granite countertops, updated appliances, and seating for 4 at the bar. The open living & dining area offers a large screen TV, dining table for 4, and access to a beautifully oversized balcony featuring a dining table & sofa where you can watch the sunset & listen to the ocean.

Emerald Beach is a luxurious resort boasting incredible views and wonderful amenities, especially for kids & families. On top of this resort being walking distance to Pier Park, multiple popular restaurants, it also offers 4 swimming pools (2 heated), 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar, full service Starbucks, fitness center, and a 10,000 sqft convention center.

An additional $25 resort fee is included when making your reservation to cover the base resort fee for parking & resort access.

Guests will have full access to the condo, except the pantry & 2 kitchen cabinets which are used for condo amenities storage. Guests will be provided with keyless entry and can go straight to the condo, upon arrival, no need to check-in with front desk. 6 bracelets are provided to access all of the Emerald Beach resort amenities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Lots of Beachfront Restaurants are within walking distance - Runaway Island, Sharkey's, Barefoot Beach Club, Salvatore's. And Pier Park is about a mile from the condo.

There is a ring doorbell mounted on the front of the door. There is also a water leak detection system installed throughout the condo.
