Located on the 7th floor of the quiet, clean, and family-friendly Top of the Gulf Resort, Salty TurtlesÂź Beachfront studio condo is remodeled and has a stunning view of the Gulf and resort pools. The resort features a large gulf front pool + kids pool, poolside snack bar, beach showers with private beach access, newly updated fitness center, sundry store, lobby lounge, book exchange, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard/cornhole, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table. It is the perfect affordable getaway for friends, couples, and small families!

Overlooking the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll find custom pine shiplap walls throughout, marble-like countertops, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, has two comfortable queen beds, a full kitchen, ice maker, full bathroom, Keurig coffee bar, wireless internet with multiple USB charging ports throughout condo for work, school or study, smart TV, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. As a special "thanks" for booking Salty TurtlesÂź Beachfront, a daily set of beach lounge chairs with umbrella (available March-October ~ $50/day value) is included during your stay at no additional charge! Top of the Gulf is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Beach Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) and will be strictly enforced; any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund . No pets, smoking, visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.

My husband and I rented this place for our honeymoon and it was great! Such beautiful views of the ocean and even though it was colder in Panama when we went and didn’t get to swim in the pool or anything it still looked nice and we plan to come down again during summer! I would definitely recommend this condo!

The place was clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything described in the listing. Onsite staff was helpful, check in was easy. The pool was nice and never crowded. We loved to sit on the top deck by the pool overlooking the beach for some amazing sunsets. The location was perfect and convenient. Made use of the included beach chair and umbrella service. The property is in an ideal location with everything you need within walking distance. The room was quiet and incredibly well maintained. The beach was pristine and was exactly what my husband and I needed for a very relaxing vacation. 10 out of 10!

This is a precious condo with an amazing view! The condo was clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time out in the gulf or on the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella set up that is included in the rental (seasonally) was an amazing perk -- making it so much more comfortable to hang out on the beach longer. The common deck areas were also very nice. Going during the week and after schools were back in session made for a less crowded experience. We could not have asked for better weather and great place to stay.The view is spectacular, but you don't have a personal balcony. The kitchen is small, but we wanted to eat local seafood most days. We only needed it for easy meals. Neither of these were deal breakers for us.

This beach condo is amazing. Great location, very clean, no dampness at all, and plenty of amenities. Having two chairs and an umbrella came in very handy since we flew in from the west coast. We loved the gameroom. Pool looked nice and clean and there were plenty of places to sit and take in the beautiful view all over the property. Communication was top notch. Beach was super clean and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance (under a mile). We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The condo was exactly as described! Perfect for a long weekend with a couple of friends. Only suggestion would be mattress toppers. Communication was great, condo was clean and updated, beach service was great, and loved the book with menus and suggestions for local restaurants.

The unit was nice, but it doesn't provide any tea, coffee or creamer at all, no salt and pepper, no beach towels. The only dish cloth was faded and very ratty. Just come really prepared. The toiletries were nice. Kirsti responds to texts promptly.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was adorable and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the large walk in closet for changing and putting clothes away! The temperature was always nice- no struggling AC unit here!! The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean and smelled great. My ONLY complaint was the shower water pressure. It was almost not doable to shower in. Regardless of that, we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
