“A SHORE THING” is a beautifully renovated and equipped, beachfront townhome, located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach.
Enjoy the quiet privacy of this home, with close access to all that 30A and PCB has to offer; dining, golf, spa, fishing, state parks, and other recreational activities. Located just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Seaside to the west, and Pier Park, with dining, shopping, and a movie theatre to the east. Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are less than a quarter mile, and famous Thomas' Donuts is close by too!
This 3 level home has a private, enclosed garage, with beach access, a beach closet with 2nd refrigerator and beach toys, gas grill, and laundry on ground level. A second parking space is directly in front of the garage.
The main level includes a spacious deck with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy amazing sunsets! Inside is a beautifully furnished living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bathroom.
The upper level has a serene master suite with private bath, and a beachfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The 3rd bedroom, has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, and private bath as well. The living room and bedrooms have new smart tv’s.
All units are on the community boardwalk, with private access to the pool and beach.
If you are looking for a stress free vacation, away from the crowds and traffic, it's "A Shore Thing" this is the place to lay your towel in the sand and point your toes to the sky!

We loved staying here for spring break. The house was clean and worked perfect for our family. We loved being able to walk to the beach right from the back porch! So close to the grocery store and 30A as well. We definitely will be staying again!

We had a fantastic time, unwinding, relaxing and recharging! The beach was quiet and peaceful—exactly what our family of four was hoping for. The beach chairs and toys included to use saved us the headache of trying to rent of having to buy them! The views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, especially in the mornings and at sunset.A couple of days brought cooler temps, but the deck was perfect, blocked the wind, making it feel much warmer while we still enjoyed the beach views. It ended up being one of our favorite spots to relax and play board games. The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for our family. Communication was outstanding—the response time was so quick, and made everything smooth and stress-free from check in to checkout.Thank you — we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We have been vacationing in this area for about 8 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. This is our second time there and we have already booked for next year. Perfect for children with easy access to the beach and pool. They provide beach items, well equipped kitchen for eating in and grocery and drugstore less than a mile away. Also tons of good restaurants near by and close to 30A. Super responsive hosts. Beautiful view!

Great week again in paradise

This was our first time in Panama with the kids. This condo has everything you’ll need. Chairs, umbrellas a fridge down stairs for when you unload your beach ice-chest. A walk straight out to the beach and not crowded at all.

We had such a great time!! This home is beautiful and the perfect getaway. It is well maintained and in the best location. Paul and Dianne were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We have stayed in PCB/30a area for over 50 years and this is definitely in our top 5 places to stay. The location is a perfect, quiet stretch of the beach and the condo has everything you need including beach essentials. The host were amazing at communication and responded to questions immediately. We frequent Florida beaches in the Spring, and this is one of the nicest accommodations we’ve stayed in. The location is perfect- literally feet from the water making it so convenient to run up to the room with no waiting for an elevator or climbing flights of stairs. This place truly felt like a home away from home, with comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of room. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. The beach is out of the way from the heavy PCB crowd, and close to everything 30A has to offer. We had the best week!

Incredible property right on the beach. We had THE BEST TIME! Will be back for sure! Place was incredibly clean. Property owners were incredibly nice. The view was INCREDIBLE. Fantastic Getaway Directly On The Beach

We loved this place, directly on the beach with panoramic views of the ocean. Definitely a place to rest up and relax, but only 15min from Panama City beach and 25min to the airport.Hosting was well thought out, and set up for a stress free time.Would absolutely do this again!

Ideal Beach Getaway

Paul and Dianne are excellent hosts. When Hurricane Helene interrupted our vacation they gave us 2 extra days at no charge. Which was very generous as we are only able to take one vacation a year. Town home is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. The views are spectacular. There is nothing like waking up to that view from the master bedroom. The access the beach is wonderful. Thank you again Paul and Dianne for your generosity.

Beautiful beach vacation

Everything was perfect. Location was wonderful and beach was great and not crowded. Easy to get to with a 2 & 4 yr old. They had chairs, beach wagon, etc.. The inside was very nice and the kitchen was so well equipped. The beds were so comfortable from mattresses to linens and pillows. Our group was from 2 to 72 and everybody loved it. Great decks! Grocery and drug store about a mile away. Close to all the 30A towns, Rosemary, Alys Beach are about 3 miles and Seaside is about 20 mins. We are definitely going back. This is best place we have stayed at in the area including Rosemary. Only 3 steps down to get to the beach unlike other places.
