This spacious condo (1262 sq ft) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunkroom and a sleeper sofa. Located on the 16th floor of Laketown Wharf, and east of center of the building, it`s high enough for an awesome panoramic view without being too high for people who are uneasy with higher floors. **Note: There`s a $90 (plus tax) resort fee for up to 2 parking passes and up to 8 wristbands. This fee is NOT included in the booking.

Great Fun

Visited for a weekend family trip. Everything was perfect. October is a great time to visit. Not too crowded. Weather was perfect. Walked over to nearby restaurant to watch college football and eat dinner. Cooked some in the room. This property has a great view of the beach and ocean.

Nice place

The condo itself was nice. Good flow between rooms and eating areas. Was a little bit of a walk to the beach but not bad. Elevators weren’t bad at all. Fitness center was okay, nothing special. The resort staff has no clue what they are doing. So don’t expect to get much from them. Overall it was a good experience.

This place is huge, like huge and only has 6 elevators. This is the largest draw back. You need to expect to wait 30- 40 minutes to get on and off at any point and time. Also staff is constantly mean mugging you like you don’t belong there or you are going to do something wrong just not very welcoming.

Perfect girls trip

We really enjoyed our time here. The resort is very nice and lots of pools and close to dining and shopping on resort. Close to Pineapple Willys and a short walk to the beach. Only downfall is the elevator wait times.

Very nice property and accommodations.

We had a great trip overall. The rooms, elevators and the parking would have been easier to navigate with a map. Identifying public beach access locations would have been helpful also.

Property was mostly good except for the buckling floors which were not installed properly and the cleanliness which at first glance seemed good but we ended up cleaning handles, toilet seats, etc. by the way there are no cleaning supplies at all only dish liquid so we had to buy them , no salt and pepper or any other supplies so bring your own. View is great and the location. There was a motorcycle rally going on for days and all you heard was loud bikes and their loud music, couldn't have the doors open. That of course couldn't be helped but next time we will double check the local events.

Beautiful property

This property is huge! There is plenty to do, places to go and eat within walking distance. The elevators on this property were hard to get on. We spent plenty of time waiting on one as we were on the 16th floor. That is the one thing I wish I could have changed! The walk to the beach was easy and the condo was clean! We wish there were more sheet pans to cook with and sheets and pillows as we had planned to use the pull out couch but couldn't due to lack of linens. Our stay went by too fast. I guess that means we will have to return soon!

Wonderful Condo!

I have absolutely no complaints about the condo! It was nice and clean. A good view of the ocean. My only complaints are with the elevators. It was nothing to wait for 20 minutes on an elevator. It might not had been that bad if there was some kind of air flow while waiting for the elevator, or air flow on the elevator itself. Other than the elevator I have no complaints. The owner was excellent to work with and even checked on us to make sure we arrived and got checked in okay.

The condo was everything we hoped for. The beds were very comfortable. Everything about the condo itself was excellent. But everything you read about the elevator situation is true. This condo would be perfect if there was an quick, easy way to get to it.

Too much walking

Location was good but the walking from the condo to where we were told to park was a bit ridiculous. The condo was on the far south side of the building and we were told to park on the north side. Everyone in are group was to tired to go do anything because of all the walking to get from point A to point b. It always took us 20 minutes to an hour to get from the condo to the beach and the building was across the road from the beach.

Great getaway!

The condo is just as described online. It was clean and inviting. We had an excellent view of the gorgeous ocean from our balcony. It’s a short walk across one street to the beach and nearby Walmart and Pineapple Willy’s. The kitchen can use a couple of updated pots and pans but it wasn’t a big issue. We did come during Memorial Day weekend so the wait for the elevator can be long but it wouldn’t deter us from coming back. The property also had multiple pools and restaurants so that was a nice surprise. Thank you!

End of May Trip 17th-21st, 2021

Condo was very nice and we had a decent experience overall, The owner was excellent! We suggest improvement of pots and pans and kitchen supplies. It is a far walk to elevator and the elevators have very long long waits to get up and down. Gym was out of commission because equipment repairs. Happy with cost and experience overall.
