A super convenient townhouse that is just steps away from the beach! Enjoy private mini golf built by the owners, an arcade, and nearby St. Andrews Park. Located right by a lagoon with plenty of parking for your rented boats and at least 2 cars within the property. Whether you're relaxing or exploring, this spot has it all for a fun and unforgettable stay!

Nice deck off the master bedroom that has a nice view of the Beach a few blocks away. This a quiet neighborhood and part of the beach with restaurants, entertainment, grocery, and Beach/Gulf in walking distance, but just a short drive to Pier Park, Front Beach, and all the other great locations of Panama City Beach!

Good place to stay

Generally is a good place to stay, it had everything we need for our vacations. It perfectly fits 8 people. The owner and property manager were very nice, we had a couple of inconveniences, but they got to the matter as fast as they could and we were all happy. I would highly recommend.

Biltmore Beach House

Great place and a great price. Lot's of space and no noise. Hard to see the Ocean but close to the main strip for fun things to do and lots of places to eat and all kinds of restaurants. Tina was there to greet us and walked us around the Town Home. Lovely, well decorated and the bed smelled love due to Tina's home made scents. And yes next time we stay in Panama City I hope that this rental will be available.

Excellent place for families.

We are a family of 8 that stayed comfortably in this vacation home. Everything you need is provided (even better than a hotel). Very easy access to the beach and almost anything else you could do in Panama. The only negative comment I have is that the listing states a jaw dropping view of the ocean and you can barely catch a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony. Overall an excellent vacation experience.

Great place across from the beach. Worth the money.

Overall very pleased with the place. Owner & manager very nice & accommodating. Kitchen was stocked with utensils & dishes needed to cook/eat. The street & neighbors are a little junky/trashy but not owner's fault. Inside of house is nice overall. Some little things here and there could use some work: loose tiles in living room; master bathroom door doesn't close all the way; bunk beds seem like they should be reversed (small one on top instead of on bottom); TV in living room is not great plus stuck on small picture mode so it has big black frame around everything; TV in master bedroom is stuck on 1 channel only...no remote in the house works with this box nor does changing the batteries on any remotes. The tiny cable box does not have any way to change channel manually either. I get it, you're a block away from the beach so the TV should be the last thing you worry about... So not that big of a deal but it could be to some people. Also, not really an ocean view from the deck. Still a very short walk to the beach though. I still think this place was worth the stay and my party of 7 enjoyed our trip.

Amazing Beach House

The group we were with had 9 people overall and accommodated us nicely. Check in Process was very quick and easy. The walk to the beach was very short! Just down the road and across the street, so we loved it! The house was very spacious for our group. The backyard had a fence and a barbecue. Location of the house was awesome! Around the corner was a dollar general, then down the street were several restaurants and souvenir stores. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic, convenient, close to beach

Wonderful home, everything you could need was there, lots of parking and easy access to the beach with a short walk. Walking distance to food, and adult beverages! Could use some softer, more comfortable beds and might want to rethink the bunk beds, but other then that, we will certainly look to booking this home again next time we come in to the area
