WE ONLY RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING THE BUSY SEASON (MARCH-OCTOBER) & MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT! Security will check at the gate.
Welcome to our 1 bedroom, 1 bath beachfront condo! We are located at Long Beach Resort, Tower 4 on the 8th floor! Our condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. We purchased and renovated our condo in 2016. We have a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 large flat screen tv’s, dining area for up to 4 guest, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and tile flooring throughout. The living room tv is a "smart tv". The kitchen is equipped with blender, traditional coffeemaker, toaster, and other necessities for cooking. This condo was designed for coastal living, relaxation, and comfort. The most important aspect of this condo is the VIEW. Our unit has wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area to the bedroom. Out of the sliding glass doors of either room you will find an oversize balcony where you can sit and enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches and watch the dolphins and other wildlife. We have 2 chairs with a table and ceiling fan on the balcony. We cannot wait for you to come and enjoy our vacation home!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! Very clean. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Several beach items to use. Beach chairs and umbrella come with it, which is wonderful! Kim was very quick to answer my call and reply to texts. Beautiful view of the ocean from the 8th floor balcony via the double sliding glass doors! Nice new gym! Highly recommend staying here! This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I...it was very clean and the view is absolutely beautiful. There are 3 pools to choose from when red flags are flying...We recommend stayiny here even a couple with small children. It has a pull out couch in the living area. Ceiling to floor glass windows to see the beach from bedroom as well. Great place overall!!

This condo is in the best location of Panama City. You are within 5-10 min of absolutely everything. The condo was very clean and everything as advertised. The view is immaculate. We also really enjoy the gated parking lot. Owners are very responsive as well. Would recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Great little condo for 2!

We really did enjoy this condo. Beautiful view with high deck furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. AC worked perfectly and kept it cool as it is so hot and humid this time of year in FL. It appeared clean and nicely decorated with beach decor. The only cons for us was the firm mattress (which definitely hard to please everyone in that category but FYI) and the oversized outdated soaker tub for the only shower. It's a little stained and old but honeslty worked fine. May be hard to step into for older or those with limitations. Overall, it was a nice condo and we had a good week with no issues. Close to many restaurants and WalMart right up the street.

Very disappointed

Well to start it smelled very musty when walking in .. while taking a shower noticed water leaking fron the ceiling which i have video proof of it.. the main problem was that the balcony door in the bedroom did not lock was rusted and the fact that i have a 6 year old is not safe at all ..all doors need to be able to be locked to ensure my child does not go on the balcony on floor 8.. got stuck in the elevator.. most of all there where cockroach in the room as well i have picture proof of that as well.the toilet made an awful noise while flushing.The room had not been dusted at all which triggered my allergies bad. For the amount of money spent on this room it was very disappointing .. part of the fees for this room was for cleaning ?? Cleaning what just the floor? ALSO when contacted property owner asking about how to lock the door when leaving the room was told to look at the email and nothing in that email was explained how to do so i had to figure it out on my own .. probably will never use this again..i will be giving a bad review because of all this.

Honestly the best vacation stay we have had so far.

Pictures do not do this condo justice at all! The room, the space is just beautiful and perfect, as well as the resort. The best part about the condo are the owners. You can email them, call or text them, and they always answer and help out. If something is going on within the resort, they are quick at informing you and keeping in touch. All in all, we have been coming to PCB for years and this has been the best condo and stay we have had in PCB.
