THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

This beautifully remodeled, updated condo is located on the fifth floor of Tower 3, one of the most desired locations within Long Beach Resort because of the proximity to the lagoon pool and beach access. This condo has upscale furnishings and is in great condition! Enjoy the floor to ceiling window views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private 30 foot balcony from both rooms to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another beautiful Florida sunset! The balcony features all new, comfortable Polywood furniture. This 750 square foot condo will easily accommodate four, with a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area seats four, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely overhauled and features stainless steel appliances, a huge granite counter top island, and lots of counter space! There is a large flat screen HDTV in the living room AND the bedroom!! The entire condo is done in a beautiful tile and the bathroom has a walk in shower with a separate dressing area with a double vanity with his/her sinks and new maple cabinets. Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 square foot lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar and grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski and umbrella rentals on site, 24hr security with gated access and plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do such as golf, restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, and Wal Mart (across the street in case you forget anything!). If you are looking for an unforgettable vacation, honeymoon or anniversary getaway, you will find none better than this condo!!

Great condo with great views

The condo was located in a great area. We loved that it was by the lagoon pool. We just wish that the whole pool would have been open. We had everything we needed for our vacation. Would recommend this condo.

Cute, updated condo!

This unit was nice and mostly clean. (The only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is because the floors were a little dirty but overall the unit was clean and very comfortable.) The bed slept well and everything in the unit worked except for a couple light switches. *A/C was nice and cold! They even had two types of coffee pots which was great! The views from the balcony were great!! Balcony furniture was also comfortable. GREAT LOCATION! The pool is place to be!!!!! Check in was painless and quick! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, check in was a breeze, parking was simple, host replied within 24 hours. Bad things, water was suppose to be shut off on Tuesday 9-12, then again on Thursday 9-??; renovations were still ongoing, which took one elevator out of service, beach access was closed from 2 of 4 buildings (I knew this before hand but didn’t expect to be as big of a hassle as it was). Beach chairs came with room, was told we had 6, on the end “pre assigned”. 2 hours later said we were in wrong chairs, we didnt move. Wouldn’t let the umbrellas be used, naturally cause of the wind, witnessed several people lose theirs before the workers got them closed. Overall, stay was good, unexpected water shut offs for back flow preventer, seems like rate could have been adjusted. Wrist bands are “re-usable”, be sure to wash them, ours were gross. Would not recommend going to this area from first week of march until the end of April. It’s a mad house during the night. Counted 24 cop cars and I telling how many cops, all was for presence and crowd control. They made traffic control for the area horrible, but when curfew hit, at 8 and 10, it was a great place.

Long Beach Resort Review

Overall impression of the property and the accommodations was good. The furnishings were very nice and the location of the rental was great. Security was adequate. However; several things were below par: no beach towels, dirty floors, dirty patio, no pillowcases for extra pillows, blanket was dirty, no extra toilet paper (1 roll, 1-ply), threadbare bath mat, several placements were frayed, no hand soap in bathroom, 1 partially used dishwasher pod, only 1 trash bag. For this caliber of vacation rental, we felt the amenities were lacking for this price point of a vacation rental.
