- Parking: Please note that there is a $40 fee for your parking passes & pool wristbands. This is included in your total when booking & is listed as 'Resort Fee.' These will be in the unit when you check in. Please display the parking pass in your vehicle at all times or you will be subject to towing. You MUST leave the parking passes in the unit upon check-out or a you will be charged for each missing pass/band. There are no assigned parking spots.

- Parking in the parking deck is limited to 1 vehicle. There are no assigned spots. If you have additional vehicles, please be aware that there is an overflow lot but it is a few miles away. This is due to parking deck maintenance so HOA has put restrictions on number of cars in the deck.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

Seashells was exactly what we was looking for. It was very clean and nice..there is plenty of great food and restaurants very close..and the other guest were very nice and respectful too.. It was also a very good spot to just chill and not have to do anything!!!..We would also definitely recommend coming here to stay with your spouse,girlfriend, or significant other..Thank you for the hospitality!!!!...Bobby Herring Jr.

We loved the location, very quiet and not far from ocean. We did not have a parking pass in the room, but the girls in the office went right to work getting us one. Parking felt safe and plenty of spots to park. Would definitely come hete again.

Seychelles itself is a wonderful property and we have stayed there many times in very clean and well maintained units. Unit 1205 is neither of these things. While it was surfaced cleaned we immediately noticed mold/dust on the AC vents, mold on the shower curtains and very thick dust on the ceiling fans to name some of the issues. We contacted the owners and did receive a response that they would try to do better but no assistance to us while we were there.

Easy check-in process. The views are breathtaking. The place had everything we needed for meal prep. Schooner’s is right next door and a great spot to eat. You don’t have to leave the complex if you’re looking for a relaxing get away. If you want excitement, it’s just a few blocks away! We would stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful vacation!

The only reason I gave 4 stars on check-in was because I booked the trip two days prior so I did not get the check-in email with the door code, parking garage code, or pool code. I did however, reach out in message through VRBO to the owner and the problem was instantly resolved. There was great communication. The condo was PERFECT! It was absolutely beautiful. Me and my 14yo daughter stayed. There was plenty of room for 3-4 more people to stay comfortably. The property was very safe and clean. The pool and hot tub were equally safe and clean. I would absolutely stay here again!!
