Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Awesome Place!

The was a beautiful unit with an amazing view and a great property. There were 4 of us and we had so much space. Not on top of each other like a hotel room. We would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Great place to stay!

The condo was the perfect size and the layout provided lots of privacy. Gorgeous top floor views of the gulf from the spacious main balcony. Love the private balcony and office space in the back king room. The views from the floor to ceiling windows in the two front bedrooms are amazing. Lovely condo with all the necessary amenities plus 2 coffee makers! The resort pools and hot tubs were very nice as well.

This is our 5th year staying at Long Beach Resort. We love the ease of checking in and the elevators are never an issue. Having multiple pools and hot tubs is also great. The pictures of this rental are spot on. Very rooms for our group of 10. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses in all rooms but other than that a perfect stay.

Excellent location

The condo was beautiful and in an excellent location. Housekeeping was poor. Used q-tip in one bed, and both king sheets were stained. We did get new sheets for the beds, but communicating with the property manager about housekeeping concerns was terrible. We still had a great vacation.

Long Beach #1406 Tower 3

The Condo was nice and so was the Resort. The complaints I have with the condo is the bathrooms, the showers/tubs need to be updated. Each bath has the old garden tubs and they are hard to get in and out of esp for older people. My Dad and Aunt had a hard time with this. The other complaint is that the bedroom that was listed as having 2 queen size beds in it, the beds are NOT queen size, they are doubles. This was a huge problem for us as this was one of the reasons why I choose this condo. I looked at several that had double beds but we wanted and needed queen size. These beds were not queen size!!! This listing needs to be changed so that no one has to go in thinking they are getting queen size beds like we did!!!! DVD player did not work in the living area and it was listed as having a DVD. Had someone come out to look at but they could not get set up either. This needs to be updated as well.

1st Experience with VRBO, which may be my last!!!!

When I first arrived to the unit my key codeto get in wouldn't work I had to wait outside the unit until a gentleman from the Fire department showed up to work on the lock to let me and my family in. Once we got into the unit my bedroom (Masters) was filled with over 15 moths on the ceiling and long grey hairs on my bedsheets. My daughters room (by the front door) was infested with bugs in the headboard of the bed and on the bed as well. I contacted Kim's Condo and stressed my concern and was told she would send someone over the next day to look at the problem. I went to WALMART and got bug spray for my daughters room(which didn't work on the bugs)and my husband killed as many moths as he could in our room. The staff member showed up with bug spray the next day that didn't work on the bug. After speaking with Kim's condo I was advised I would be compensated for the cleaning fee and charged only for a 2 bedroom since we could only occupy 2 rooms out of the 3. I feel this unit should not be on VRBO until it is cleaned thoroughly, exterminated and well maintained for guests to stay in. I'm trying my best to not let this ruin my VRBO experience but it's very hard and I hope the next guest doesn't experience what me and my family had to endure.

clean and had everything you need to relax and enjoy. I was extremely impressed with Kim's condos service and responsiveness to any questions or needs. There are volleyball nets on the beach already so no need to bring one.

Sad to say dirtiest condo ever

This was the dirtiest condo I’ve stayed in during my 30 years of renting vacation rentals. I loved everything else about the place. It had a great view, very well equipped kitchen, great location and nice pools and snack shack. As to the cleanliness, there was still food on the countertops and floors. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. The shower curtains were moldy. The beautiful glass windows had handprints and dirt on them. There were dead bugs in plain sight. We did contact Kim’s Condos and they sent someone to clean again but it was still not satisfactory. We had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. If you rent this condo, BYOCS, bring your own cleaning supplies.

Nice Penthouse, but lacking in some areas.

Nice and spacious - but there was a lot of mildew around and in the AC vents. The washer (front load) was mildewed, the shower curtain in the bathroom that adjoins the bedroom with two beds needs to be replaced, as it was funky, gross, mildewed. They could have provided a few more bath and hand towels per bedroom....4 bath towels, 4 washcloths and 2 hand towels, just kept us doing a lot of towel laundry. I expected a bit more considering the price for the week, and probably will not rent this particular unit again.

Long Beach Tower 3

My family and I have stayed at Long Beach Resort for many years. This 3 bedroom unit is our favorite of all of the units in which we have stayed. The kitchen was well stocked, the views were breathtaking and the spaciousness was very welcoming, as we had from teenagers to a grandparent. We especially loved that the beach chairs and umbrellas were included. We are already planning to stay in this unit again next Summer if possible.

The perfect vacation condo

This property was amazing. It was spacious, updated and comfortable with plenty of open space and each room has the most amazing views. We also never had to wait more than a minute for elevators. They were usually empty and available when you needed them. We would definitely come back!

Pictures do not do this place justice. We had ten people and did not bump into each other at all! Easy in easy out! Only issue was obtaining beach chairs. They were extremely rude. The situation did get resolved. Property clean pool was amazing restaurant at the beach was very good. I’ll stay here again for sure.

Beautiful Condo. Amazing Views

The condo was well beyond our expectations. Absolutely gorgeous and stocked with all accessories we needed. Stunning views of the ocean from all bedrooms. Even seen dolphins most of our days there. Condo was overall very clean. Resort needs some upgrading like the carpets in the elevators and the flooring is coming up. They need a new four wheeler for the umbrella chair guys. Their current four wheeler was sooo loud waking us up at 630-7 am and running all though out the day. Lagoon pool was beautiful but not a lazy river pool. Would stay here again for sure. 20/20 was very easy to book with and very responsive.
