Florida Travel and Life magazine named SPLASH on its list of the top 15 new beach resorts in the state when it opened!

Our Windsong unit floor plan is the best on the beach! Unlike other condominiums, BOTH BEDROOMS in our unit ARE OCEANFRONT. The balcony and views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are accessible from each bedroom as well as from the living area.

Our unit is a 1500 square foot WINDSONG unit, an end unit located on the second floor with a fabulous 335 square foot balcony. If you are thinking of renting a two bedroom unit at Splash, make sure that you request a WINDSONG as not all of the two bedroom floor plans are the same.

Splash is located on the West end of Panama City Beach, convenient to PIER PARK, Panama City Beach's premier center for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Our unit has king beds in both of the oceanfront master bedrooms. In addition, it has twin bunk beds in their own area and a queen sleeper sofa - the perfect design to sleep six to eight comfortably! There are two full spacious bathrooms, each with double sinks/vanities, and shower. One bath has an oversized tub.

Located on over 400 feet of sugar white beach front, Splash has amenities unequaled in Panama City Beach: Two distinct pools, one with a family fun waterpark with waterslides, the other has a lazy river and an adjacent toddler splash park. There are also hot tubs, an outdoor pool heated seasonally, a gym with state of the art equipment, a game room, and beachside service. YOUR RENTAL FROM US INCLUDES A RESERVED SET OF BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA (Seasonal March-October)!

Our unit features 1505 square feet of living space. It has a fully outfitted kitchen with granite countertops, furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including a smooth surface cooktop stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware.

SPECIAL NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Splash Condominium Association requires a $35 registration fee for parking passes (per vehicle) and pool identification arm bands.

We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets. SPLASH IS A SMOKE FREE RESORT
Check-in: 4 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time)

State, county, and city taxes are not included in rates.

Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear.

Payment of the rental fees is due 30 days in advance of your arrival.

Splash is a tobacco free/smoke free resort. Smoking is not allowed in our condo or in any of the common areas of the property or unit balconies.
All guests must check in at Splash and pay a $35 registration fee per vehicle (Cars, Boats, Trailers, Campers, Motorcycles)to the Splash Condo Assn.
This is a NO PETS unit. Guests are not allowed to have pets at Splash.

Extremely nice condo. Unbeatable location, clean comfortable and spacious, great beds, extremely well stocked kitchen. The entire unit is top grade and perfectly maintained. I have stayed near 100 vacation properties and this is in my top 5: ever. The host is responsive and very helpful. I, certainly, can go on and on about how wonderful this rental is. Perfection.

Very clean, loved having 2 bedrooms with balconies, furnished very well, beds were all very comfortable. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels. Nice to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided. Having a large corner balcony was very nice.

Check in was very easy
 arrived later than check in so went down the next morning and paid for parking and got pool passes
 condo was just ok
not very clean ( no i didn’t report) should have been done first time. bathroom sink backed up.. maintenance fixed promptly.. dishwasher broken reported on day 2 when it was discovered and owner did not respond but maintenance came on day 5 and said “yeah there’s no power to it, they will have to buy a new one
 owner responded morning of check out and said “had to order new dishwasher”. Resort overall needs an update.. pictures on line are definitely not what you should expect to see
 nobody follows rules at splash pad/ pool areas and staff do nothing about it
beach access was good, beach chairs good, umbrellas were broken and rusted
 1 set was provided but we needed 2 and it was 60 for a day for rental of 2 chairs and a broken umbrella.

Great Condo

We stay at this unit this past weekend with 4 adults and one 4 year old. The unit was excellent! It was very spacious, roomy and clean. The balcony was so nice and the view was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator took a while to get cold after putting our groceries up but didn’t give us any problems after that. It’s a wonderful 2 king suite unit with plenty of room. We loved it.

Great complex

All went well. Condo as described. Did have an issue with the code getting in the door. We did enter the code as instructed and tried to reach the home owner for about 20 mins and finally got in. We did not enter prior to check in. Would stay again

Some glows and grows from our stay:

GLOWS The location of this property is prime
. In between the yummy Thomas’ Donuts and Mike’s Oyster Bar. We walked to both during our stay. The property is directly on the beach and two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, which was an added bonus! The sunsets from the balcony are to die for! The condo was spacious- there was enough room for 2 families with 2 kids without anyone feeling like we were on top of each other. The linens and towels were very clean. GROWS The condo could use a deep clean or a new cleaning company. It didn’t appear that the floors had been mopped in a while- our littles feet were black within an hour of being there. The counter looked as though it hadn’t been wiped down. Our Lysol wipe was quite dirty after cleaning it off. There was quite a layer of dust on many of the cabinets, lamps, and tables. The couch and upholstered chair have quite a few stains and could use a cleaning. Not a huge deal, but the dishwasher also wasn’t emptied before we arrived. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a full roll of toilet paper upon arrival, and we ran out the first day. An extra roll wasn’t provided, so we had to make a Wal Mart run. I did email the owner about some of the cleanliness the first day but didn’t receive a response.

Excellent stay!

This condominium was PERFECT! We had 4 children with us and adults. I couldn’t have asked for any better. The room in the condo was perfect. We enjoyed family time and playing games, cooking, and watching TV! The Mason’s were wonderful with answering any questions we had! I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be staying there again next year!

Better cleaning!!

The layout of the room was beautiful. However, the cleanness was DISGUSTING! Dirt was everywhere, the shower had dirt and hair, bed has dirt, floor looked like it hasn’t been swept for weeks. Dishes where dirty, underneath the couch had crumbs, sand everywhere. Both Shower doors wouldn’t close, holes where in bathtubs, holes in the door, mold all over the bathroom celling. I’m very disappointed to spend all the money towards cleaning fee, and to have the room look like it was never cleaned.

Great for little kids

Awesome stay for adults and our youngest (4 and 6). The middle teens (14, 18, 19) struggled a little. Love Alvin's Island across the street and staying on a lower level is KEY to fighting the elevator struggles.

It’s the Beach!! Mostly positive feedback

The overall stay was very nice. We had plenty of room. The place needs kitchen and furniture updates . the resort could definitely benefit from a ramp to tote beach stuff on the carts to the beach the check in and out from the building due to the elevators could be a hassle . We spend most of our time at the beach we had a great time !!

Great time at Splash

We stayed here with 2 families, 8 people total. We had plenty of room and the condo was convenient to everything. One elevator was out of order so the other elevator was busy and slow. Luckily this condo was right on the second floor so you could easily opt for the stairs.
