Indulge in seaside bliss in your oceanfront condo located on the 10th floor of the Boardwalk Beach Resort! A cozy haven nestled along pristine shores of the Emerald Coast. Wake up to the gentle melody of waves and be greeted by panoramic views from your private balcony. Step onto soft, sandy beaches just a stone's throw away, where endless adventures await you from sunrise to sunset. The condo is 1380 square feet with an open floor plan. Enjoy ocean views from the private balcony, main bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room areas! The main bedroom is spacious with its own king size bed, garden tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds and bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The large balcony overlooks the amazing pool and has clear views of the gulf coast. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are included with the unit. The resort has a heated lagoon style swimming pool, kiddie pool with splash zone area, two (2) hot tubs, arcade game room, food court (with bar), beach access (with ramp) and a store with basic essentials. There is garage parking with 24-hour onsite security. The resort is within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife. Come and unwind to breathtaking gulf views, crafting unforgettable memories in this tranquil oasis!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo! The owners were great to deal with and absolutely zero issues making for a stress free vacation. The condo was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo and you feel like a guest versus just a “renter”. Highly recommended and look forward to returning soon!

This 10th-floor condo was everything we hoped for and more. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and we spent every morning and evening soaking them in. The condo itself was beautiful, spotless, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.We loved how it was close to everything, yet not right in the middle of the crowds—it felt peaceful but still convenient. It's also just a short drive to St. Andrews State Park, which was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip.The host was super responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Highly recommend!

Lovely Long Weekend

This property is as advertised. The entryway, elevators, bar and corner store all open, clean and friendly staff. The unit has a great view, large balcony that we got to listen to live music in the evenings. Loved that. Comfortable beds, plenty of room. Very clean!

Great place with a great view

Everything was as pictured. It was a beautiful place with a great view. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen and loved having a washer and dryer. The elevators all worked, staff was friendly and the pools were great! The room had a few beach chairs to use but no umbrella. Also there were plenty of bath towels but no beach towels. We were very happy with this place and would recommend to anyone!

Exactly as pics & descrip! Great place!

4 girls came down for work/play trip. 2 of us worked remote on-site and internet was great. Jerod was easy to communicate with and quick in his responses. The condo is wonderful! Beds were comfortable and view incredible. We loved the furniture in the living room and they were much more comfortable than other places we've stayed. Kitchen had everything we needed. We always bring a crockpot for easy meals. When i told Jerod bout the crockpot, he saud he would be adding it to the kitchen. The property was clean and staff friendly. The restaurant downstairs had good food and service was good, too. We will definitely be coming back! Each trip to PCB, Hershey's ice Cream parlor is our go-to treat, and we loved that it was just a short walk from the co do. Thanks, Jerod!

PERFECT CONDO

We have vacationed in PCB every year the last 15 years and this may have been the best place to stay. The security guards were very nice when we arrived and gave us some simple instructions on parking. The elevators were fast. We never had to wait. When we entered the condo it was exactly as described. It actually had more than we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were great. The view is spectacular. The owner responds quickly however we only contacted him once upon departure because we had everything we needed the entire time. You will not be disappointed booking this condo!!!!

Best Vacation

This was our first time staying in PCB. This property exceeded all of our expectations. The check in process was so easy and we got to check in 3 hours early since the room was cleaned and ready. The pool security guards are a little much but all in all we had a good time. We would recommend staying here, close to town but also far enough that the beach isn’t crowded.

Awesome place to stay!

We absolutely loved this condo! We love the layout of the rooms, the decor is nice, the furniture and mattresses are comfortable. I can’t say enough about the location. Got us personally it’s close to all of our favorite places in PCB. Jared was always so helpful and friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. We would stay here again for sure!!

Great stay

The condo was great! Clean, spacious, with an amazing view from living room and master bedroom. The pool area was lots of fun with a bar/food and icecream shop on the property. You can also have pizza delivered to your room. Making dinner a breeze when you have small children. The Beach access was amazing! Walk right on to the beach from the pool area. Check in with security and parking was easy. Lock pad for door was easy to use and secure. The host was easy to communicate with, if needed, right through VRBO app. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Great Experience

We were so pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the condo! The furniture and beds were in good shape, there was a full size washer and dryer (instead of the small apartment size stackable most places offer). Boardwalk staff were all courteous and helpful. But my interactions with Jerod were superb! He was quick to respond to all communications, he was incredibly easy to work with, and he made booking, check-in and everything in between easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this rental.

First time at PCB!!

My cousins and I had a short 4 night/5 day girls trip to Panama City Beach and had an amazing time! This was my first time ever using VRBO too and I had a very pleasant experience. Jerod, the owner, was very helpful and kind. He responded promptly to any question I had and was easy to contact. The condo was awesome and had the most beautiful view. You didn’t even need to leave your bed as the Master bedroom was ceiling to floor windows which made the view breathtaking. It could have been very romantic if my hubby had been there. The kitchen was very well equipped and we did not need anything at all. It even had an ice machine in the freezer which was very convenient! I will define booking another trip to this condo in the future. We were wet pleased with our stay!
