Sunbird 312W is located on the 3rd floor, completely renovated, on the beach, next to one of the most popular restaurants in Panama City Beach (Pineapple Willy's).

Sunbird 312W is located on the 3rd floor of the West tower. The unit has been totally renovated and remodeled from floor to ceiling! Brand new furniture, sparkling clean kitchen and bathroom. A fabulous king size bed, with new mattress lets you sleep like a baby. Built in cabinetry provides lots of storage. Flat screen mounted on the bedroom wall. The Living room has a queen sleeper sofa for your family. Kick back and enjoy the fabulous ocean view while you watch the 50" flat screen tv mounted on the wall! The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances. Nothing can top our ocean view, you can enjoy watching the Dolphins play, boats sail bye or the sunsets. So whether your on the beach or relaxing inside you will get to experience our little piece of heaven!

In addition to the beautiful beach, there are 3 pools on site, beach volleyball, a shuffle board court and a small gym.

If this is not enough to keep you busy, there are all the activities that beautiful Panama City has to offer; golf, kid’s arcades, go-karts, shopping, night clubs, Ebro Dog track, dining, antiquing in Saint Andrews, and a multitude of concerts, festivals and special events all year round. Being situated on S. Thomas Drive means you are literally right next door to Pineapple Willies, across from the Walmart shopping center, as well as Ripley's Believe it or not and the amazing wonderworks!! Play Golf at the Signal Hill, which can be seen from the Sunbird as well!!

The property does have a ring doorbell (video & audio) on the entrance door.

THERE IS A $30 PARKING FEE AND $6 PER WRISTBAND (12+) FOR USE OF POOLS AND OTHER AMENITIES. THESE MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE HOA OFFICE M-SAT. 8:30-4:30, CLOSED SUNDAY. PRIMARY RENTER IS REQUIRED TO BE 25+ WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS. ON SITE SECURITY WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST GUEST IN AFTER HOUR ARRIVALS.
