Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the 14th floor of Tower 2, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. Newly installed tile throughout!!

The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! Recently remodeled bathroom, with new cabinets! The bathroom features a large marble garden tub/shower combination and a separate dressing area with double marble vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen has been recently renovated and is absolutely stunning! The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances!

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access as well.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

Condo itself was beautiful. The renovations of the building made it very difficult to get to the condo do with our things. We could not get to the door with the carts and had to carry heavy coolers to the condo. Which made it very difficult. We also had to leave belongings on the cart unattended while we had to carry a few things at a time to the door. Would not recommend anytime renovations are happening

This place was by far the cleanest I have ever vacationed at. Here are a few things I will touch on just to make a note so you can be prepared. Aside from feeling a tiny bit of sand granules (to be expected) your feet stayed clean if walking around the unit barefoot. Also, the air conditioning is set to range between 65-78. It never got above 73 but we had a fan running at all times. When we were not enjoying the view we kept the curtains closed to help keep the heat down the best we could. It did cool well once the sun went down. The fan that is provided did not work very well so conveniently enough there is a Walmart very close and we purchased a fan. I would stay here again. I just wanted to touch on this so the next guest could plan accordingly. Side note, we are from the Midwest and our summers are very hot so we like our air conditioning. One last thing, I know it is not always possible but we called the office on our day of arrival and we were able to have an early check in which was so nice and helpful. Office staff were very friendly.

Beautiful Getaway in PCB

The Condo was extremely clean and well stocked with most things. It is newly renovated which was nice. The views fromthe 14th floor balcony were stunning! We were blessed by quite a few amazing sunsets. The AC worked great, which is a huge plus in the hotter months. This is a great Condo, I highly recommend it.

Such a cute place to stay at!!

Loved staying here the past week with my husband, it was perfect for us both! The location is perfect, the views on the top floor are excellent overlooking the beach, and having the tiki bar with the pools/spa are such a plus!! The only negative or con I can say and will give about this unit is that I think the shower tub is a bit outdated and needs a total overhaul/cleanup. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Nice Little Getaway

The individual unit is extremely nice. The bed is comfy, it was nice to be able to do laundry while there, the access to the pool and beach is extremely nice. One downfall is trying to leave the parking lot between 5-8 PM is pretty awful on the weekends. Pineapple Willies is super close to the resort and it causes the traffic to back up pretty badly. That's really the only complaint we have. Otherwise it was extremely nice and exactly what we needed for a short getaway.

Best of everything on Panama City Beach

To begin with, I made an error in our original booking by one day and didn't realize it for 2-3 WEEKS! Kim graciously corrected my mistake. Kim's communication was beyond expectations. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze. The first thing we noticed in the unit was that it was absolutely spotless. Nice special touches - like having USB outlets on the bedside table. Beautiful decor, plenty of towels, and the artwork by Kristi Maga was breathtaking. We loved the unit and our stay.

33rd Anniversary Celebration

The condo itself is absolutely beautiful!! We couldn’t get enough of the views from the inside and the amazing views from the tall chairs on the balcony!! The kitchen is nicely stocked with the basics. However you’ll need to bring or pickup any seasonings (including salt & pepper). We had a maintenance issue with one of the sliding doors and our host sent someone right away! Anytime we had a question our host was very quick, helpful, and easy to deal with! My hubby and I have found our special place and we will return time and time again! The only negative thing I would say is the mattress's is past its prime along with the sofa. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience with memories to last a lifetime!!!

Another great stay in PCB

This was a second year vacationing in PCB, first year we stayed at Tidewater, this year we wanted to stay farther east. It ended up being just as fabulous. All the amenities you need in a resort and easy driving/walking distance to all the other fun things to do and grocery/restaurants. The pool is the absolute best at Long Beach resort - no contest! The condo we stayed in was super cute! Very comfortable. We cook A LOT more than most people that vacation at the beach so we would need to bring a lot more kitchen, cooking items with us as the kitchen is stocked with very basic amenities. The balcony is the best for dining with a view!

This unit is fantastic. We had no issues with anything. The ad is accurate and response time was immediate. This beautiful Penthouse on the top floor has vaulted ceilings and amazing views. Beaxh and pool access are available at every turn and the buildings at Long Beach Resort are so centrally located we only used our car when we wanted to. The staff is great and the entire facility is very well kept. We will be back to this location soon!

The size was perfect just enough. Elevators were fast to 14th floor. Pool was a lot of fun except for DJ on Sunday at main pool/grill. Too loud had to shout to have a conversation. Condo has basic minimum kitchen dishes for 4. No blanket. Just comforter on bed . One pillow for pullout couch. Towels were overdue for new. No bath mat. Walmart across street we bought blanket, towels and bath mat. Buildings are old and in need of a refresh. Kim was easy to work with. Air conditioning kept shutting down for a few hours it could not keep up with heat in August of this year. View at lower floor would be same. Pool does have Wi-Fi.

The condo has amazing views from living room and bedroom. The balcony was our favorite place to enjoy the views. The chairs were perfect overlooking the spacious balcony. Would definitely stay there again! Only thing I would change if I could would rather have a walk in shower instead of the jet tub.
