Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Salty Lime 309 is a stand-alone beach home in a residential neighborhood, built with higher ceilings (over nine feet), which helps the space feel larger than a typical one-bedroom layout. The interior has been remodeled within the last few years with attention to detail, creating a comfortable setting for couples or small groups.
The king bedroom includes blackout curtains and a small desk and stool for guests who need a basic workspace. In the living area, a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, and a functional coffee station keeps mornings easy. A full kitchen supports simple in-home meals, and the in-home washer and dryer make longer stays more convenient.
Outside, the fenced backyard with gates, large paver patio, and vision-style ceramic barbecue give you a private area to relax after the beach. The outdoor shower makes rinsing off sand simple.

Public beach access is approximately 2.5 blocks away, and the home is accessible from both Front Beach Road and Panama City Beach Parkway. Laguna Beach is a golf-cart-friendly area, but guests must follow all local laws when driving outside the neighborhood roads.

As this is a house, you have your own private driveway, which can accommodate 2 vehicles. No parking on the white landscaping rocks.
About the Community/Property:
Laguna Beach is a more residential area on the West End of Panama City Beach with no high-rise buildings, giving it a quieter, calmer feel than many other parts of PCB. It is still close to the action at Pier Park for shopping, dining, and entertainment, and near outdoor options like Camp Helen State Park (Gulf access plus Lake Powell) and Conservation Park's trail system for hiking, biking, and wildlife watching. For local flavor and convenience, guests are near staples like Carousel Supermarket for groceries and Thomas Donut and Snack Shop for a classic West End treat.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there are external security cameras at this vacation rental: a doorbell camera at the front entry and a camera mounted on the exterior of the home facing the driveway.
The patio door has a pull-pin lock at the top. Please reinsert the pin at checkout.
An exterior trash can is provided for bagged trash at checkout.
Housekeeping and storage closets are locked and not for guest use.

This vacation home is 14.4 mi (25-min drive) away from the Northwest Florida Beaches Intl. Airport (ECP) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
It was the perfect fit for my husband and myself. Clean, airy atmosphere with so many thoughtful touches I couldnât think of anything Iâd want to add.
The neighborhood is relaxed and unpretentious, the beach is a walkable distance for (Iâd estimate) most able-bodied people, and the whole experience was even better than Iâd expected.
The large bed in the bedroom and the pullout couch in the living room would make it sleepable for up to 4 people. The turnoff for the house (headed East) is just before traffic gets gnarly, which was a nice surprise.
If weâre in the Panama City Beach area again, this will be our first choice to stay.
This property is absolutely beautiful! House was decorated cozy and Has everything you need. Clean, Comfy bed, great living space open floor plan, wow tea/coffee bar, relaxing outdoor space even outside shower to rinse off after beach time. Excellent location. We came for a quick weekend trip and had the best time. We will definitely stay here again. Great response time with questions I had. Highly recommend this adorable beach cottage.
