Check in was supposed to be at 4, our room was still being cleaned at 5:30. Once we finally got in our room it was nasty! Sand all over the floors, sand in the beds, old food under the couch, dirty dishes, mold in shower, blankets were dirty. Worse place we have ever rented. We will never be back again.I don’t have pics of sand in beds. I made several calls to the owners to make complaints

Wonderful place

Great place to stay, parking access from the beach was great convenience ( paddle boards, beach chairs and all the of beach equipment was left in the cars for nights,no need to carry upstairs). Apartment very clean, well maintained, balcony view gorgeous. Great place to stay!

Anniversary trip. Fall Break

First and foremost communication with the condo owner was quick and respectful. The condo was as presented in the VRBO App. The beach and access was accommodating. The pool area was nice and for the most part other guests were accommodating. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating. There likely should be more towels, but we were able to wash laundry several times. Sitting on the balcony was amazing views and plenty of sunset watching and beverage drinking. This property seems to be corporate ran. There is no clear office to report issues directly to. We had issues with the security personnel removing items from a rented from beach powered mobility. We had to find the specific office to find the missing items for the beach wheelchair. Security at this property also tagged our car 6 days into our stay for not being registered. The rented vehicle was registered as soon as I had the needed information on the way from the airport. We again had to seek out the correct office to make sure all information was shared. (NONE of this relates to the condo owner). Only overzealous security personnel. We would recommend staying in this property again.

Wasn't bad, but wasn't good

Had issues with both Sunrise Beach Resort and Warren Beach Rentals over the issue of parking passes and the lady at Sunrise was rude about it. Had to find a security guard over the issue of how to check in, he was very kind and helpful explaining the process to us. Room was good and clean, internet worked very well, room was a bit noisy at night because of the AC or furnace unit at night. Beach was great, pool on level 5 was enjoyable by our younger group. I have stayed in better units in Panama City Beach for less money, probably won't be staying at that location again.

Filthy unit

Unit itself is great
very spacious, great location, easily accessible. BUT the Warren Beach Rentals was awful
unit was not clean, floors dirty, stained bedding, panties from previous guest on master bedroom floor. We spent first 2 hours cleaning. TV’s in bedrooms didn’t work. Central Unit was frozen up upon arrival, return air duct without filter and absolutely filthy. Maintenance was sent and only put in filter, so unit froze up again resulting in us having to clean it ourselves enough to stop it from freezing. Contacted management multiple times and they did respond
 yet some issues never resolved and they were rude when confronted about cleanliness and refund of cleaning fee
of which we did not get. Management wanted to place blame on owners needing updates instead of taking responsibility for incompetency of staff. Would not recommend any rental with Warren Beach Rentals.

Amazing Views! Outstanding Amenities! Perfect!

Sunrise, sunset and dolphins! It was the perfect stay! The condo itself is set up perfectly. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Don’t forget the outdoor living space. Huge wrap around porch. Every window in the condo provides outstanding views. Everything you need to cook, lots of room for our family ( 4 adults- 5 kids under 10 ) Beds are comfortable, but if you like pillows, bring a few extra. Also, the Walmart was very easy to get to for all the items we needed. Easy access to the beach and pool. We loved the restaurant that was close to the condo called Sharkys! They have a playground for the kids to play on the beach, lunch time was less busy. The ocean had some “pink meanies” jellyfish but even with them in the water, the kids were able to play safely. The ocean was warm and refreshing. Our family loved this property so much we decided to do this again next year!

Not very clean or stocked

Pros ‱ the space is great for 2 families, the view was beautiful, right on the beach so going to the beach was a breeze, elevators in the condo are fast, pool was nice. Cons ‱ The condo was not very clean upon arrival. Dirty counters, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, moldy food left in bedrooms, things in the trash
 had to do a quick clean ourselves, as we had just gotten in from a 14 hr drive and couldn’t hardly put the whole family back out while we waited for a cleaning crew again, no extra sheets or blankets, broken tiles in kitchen that will pinch feet (a rug was thrown in the kitchen to cover it I guess but it doesn’t stay put). While the trip was nice, unfortunately we won’t be back due to how dirty the condo was.

We absolutely loved the location and the property! The elevators were awesome too! For anyone who has ever been to a condo on the beach, you understand the importance of a good elevator system! Any questions or concerns (remotes not working, cable not working in bunk bed room) were addressed quickly. We will be back!

We had a great experience at this property! We had a family of 10 ranging from 1-49 years old & absolutely loved it! Everything was as pictured, beautiful view, clean, fully stocked kitchen, etc. we had a couple small issues that the host took care of immediately so we were definitely impressed. Great place and views!

We had 11 people with us from ages 5 - 42! There was plenty of space and if any problems came up I had direct contact with Amanda who was on top of things and helped take care of any issues ASAP! I will say we had a few, very small issues as we checked in but as soon as I reached out everything was taken care of immediately, I would recommend a stay here to anyone who is thinking of visiting the beautiful PCB Florida! The views are AMAZING!

We stayed with a group of high school seniors for spring break. There was a lot to do in walking distance. The beach was nice and the pools great. The condo was perfect for a group although it could have been cleaner. I had to sweep the floors on arrival. It was not bad just a little noticeable on bare feet which is what you have when your at the beach.

This was the perfect place for my vacation with my children. It was spacious and clean. The pictures represent the unit perfectly. It was not run down like other places I have stayed. I loved having three bathrooms, girls in one, boys in the other and the master for me.
