- Lower level: bunk room / kids zone!! Dual pop-a-shot and sleeper sofa. Perfect kids retreat.
- Main level: kitchen, living room, full bathroom, guest bedroom with a king bed.
- Upper level: primary retreat with king bed, en suite bathroom, day bed, sitting area, and workspace.
- Open kitchen and family room lead to a private patio. This area offers privacy curtains and a great spot to sip on your morning coffee, or afternoon pick me up!
- We've got you covered on coffee as well - complimentary coffee from The Well, and we have a standard drip maker, plus a Keurig.
- Pool access: steps from your front door. You'll see the pool to your left – less than 1 min walk away.
- Beach gear: We have complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach cooler, and pool toys available for use.
- ⭐The 98 pedestrian underpass is open - this is a brand-new direct walking path to Inlet Beach Regional Access point. You're less than 15 min walk from the entrance to the path, and then it's a quick bike or stroll to the beach. Pass by local artist murals through the lighted tunnel, making your trip to the beach a scenic one! ⭐

Other things to note:
- Parking: 2 spaces for cars, no street parking
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Please take note this home is part of a community that requires a 6 night stay minimum per the HOA
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
