There is one bedroom on the first floor with two full over full bunk beds and private bathroom.
The main level of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find a large open kitchen and living area. The kitchen features sparkling white quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table and island can seat a combined 18 guests for a formal or informal dinner. The living room is also spacious enough for everyone to hang out and relax around the TV. A minibar and half-bathroom are nearby for added convenience when entertaining. Additional seating is available on the second-floor balcony, which overlooks the quiet street. A primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom is down the hall as well.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
**Unfortunately, we can not allow animals in this home. The owner has a severe pet allergy and failure to adhere to this rule will allow in an immediate eviction and loss of deposit. Guest is fully responsible for all damages.
