"Oh Happy Day" offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beachfront charm for a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the summer! The amenities like pools, hot tubs, and a snack shack definitely add to the vacation stay. Being close to restaurants and Pier Park makes it a quick walk to dining and entertainment. Plus, the beachfront views from the 12th-floor balcony are spectacular!

This Sunrise Beach Resort condo is an amazing three-bedroom and two-bath condo. The living area of the kitchen, dining, and seating accommodates 8 guests. The separate laundry room has full size washer and dryer. The kitchen offers a regular coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, 4 slice toaster, and great pots to whip up a quick meal. BBQ grill is first come basis.

Sunrise Beach Condominium is on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico / Emerald Coast of Panama City Beach. Walk directly onto the beach. It is close to Pier Park and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and entertainment venues.

Parking rules:

Parking in front of the building is limited to 15 minutes
All vehicles in the garage must be registered in the parking system. Unregistered vehicles are subject to being towed or booted. All vehicles parked in overflow parking (example: oversized vehicles) must display a Sunrise Beach Resort window hanger in the front windshield. The owner will provide them as requested. No parking is allowed for watercraft trailers, motor homes, buses, or oversized vehicles on the premises.


All rental agreements and pre-arrival forms MUST be filled out pribeforeay or booking will be declined. This information helps the host properly set up for your stay. Minimum age 25 years old to book and must be present during the stay. TYIA

No Smoking or Vaping in the condo or on the balcony

No pets per the HOA. It is a violation for a guest to have a pet.

Please apply aerosol / spray sunscreen outside of the condo. The overspray damages our furnishings. Thank you for your cooperation.

Guests must comply with the following policy: Person must be 25 and named on the reservation/confirmation and provide a valid pic,tured government ID to rent. Registration is to include all guests named and counted. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of stay and no refunds. Occupancy and Panama City Beach Fire Rescue codes apply.

Due to rules enforced by the HOA, no visitors are allowed at Sunrise Beach. This means that only registered guests may have property wristbands and sleep at the condo. You may not exceed the maximum number of people that the unit sleeps, per the fire marshal and occupancy license - 8.

No Drones - any person violating this Rule shall be liable for property and personal injury or damage on or to the Sunrise Beach Condominium.

DO NOT throw ANY items from the balcony or walkways. You will be asked to leave the property without any further notice. This is a Florida Law

Fireworks are prohibited on the property at Sunrise Beach.

Destructive behavior is prohibited at Sunrise Beach. Anyone found vandalizing or destroying common property will be asked to leave and pay for damages.

No items of clothing, towels, or other items shall be hung on balcony railings.

Do not feed the birds.

No glass objects of any kind are allowed on the pool decks

Accidents happen; please report them immediately to the host.

Please remember luggage carts are not permitted in units and are subject to a fine.

The legal drinking age in Florida is 21. Adults supplying alcohol to minors can be fined and jailed. Bay County has a strict underage drinking policy - NO Ticket/Go Directly to Jail.

*No Smoking or Vaping in the condo or on the grounds, elevator, or pool deck.

Keep sliding doors closed when the AC is on. It will freeze up the coils due to high humidity. Service due to misuse is billable to the guest.*

Excellent accommodation! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Wonderful ocean view with pretty easy beach access. Lots of space for a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) with a lot of nice extras: beach chairs, beach toys/boards, room fans, and pack and play. Only downside to our stay was a lot of construction going on with only two working elevators and one pool and “mushroom” sprinkler closed. Our host was wonderful, checking in with us and answering any questions that we had. Would love to stay again!!

Condo was clean, organized and the perfect amount of space for 8 people! Host was helpful and communicative. Parking was easy with easy access to the elevators. Plenty luggage carts. Quick access to the beach with multiple hoses to rinse off with. We loved it.

Best location you could ask for

Excellent location if you want beautiful water and perfect sand beaches. Parking is conveniently located below the condo. Walk and short drive to multiple places to eat and go shopping. Walk right out of the condo straight onto the beach. The condo itself was very comfortable and well appointed. I will definitely be staying there again..

Good times but with some difficulties

We had a great girls weekend at the beach. I will say PCB is not what it used to be and for that we were a little disappointed. The condo was nice and clean. We had a lot of difficulties with our lock. While the owner tried to get it fixed, it never was. I had to download and app to open it via bluetooth, which was fine but the others girls didn’t have access to the app. The door code never worked. We had to rely on one phone with 7 girls to get into the condo. This made it very difficult.
