This 735 sq. footage charming condo has everything you need to have a fun getaway without feeling too far away from home. In addition, you will have access to all the resort amenities of The Inn at St. Thomas Square - including swimming pools and tennis courts with the beach located across the street. The living area is spacious and updated, and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to create everyday meals. You may even decide to cook out in the shared grilling area.

Additional amenities include WiFi access and an in-home washer/dryer. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool, though you could also head out to your private balcony and enjoy the fresh breeze. Around the complex, you'll enjoy all sorts of fun activities, whether you prefer to play tennis on the courts, take a dip in the pool, or let off some steam in the sauna.

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon- Fri.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Customer service was horrible! This was this worse place we've ever stayed! No working TV bathroom was horrible finding the actual condo was horrible just an horrible experience! We left 2 days early it was so bad

Upon arrival, check in was terrible. I was suppose to check in at 4, I wasn’t able to get in until after 6 because the home hadn’t been cleaned. The cleaning person arrived at the same time I did. I tried contacting someone about this but was unable to reach someone

The bathroom faucet leaked the whole time, not just a little leak, but ran a lot of water. There were no wash cloths (went and bought my own). When we first turned on the water in the tub it was black. The tub and bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly. The floors were dirty with sand. The master bedroom windows beed window coverings. The billboard outside the window is bright and the blonds aren’t enough to block it out. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Either needs a whole new mattress or a mattress cover. It is as hard as a board! There is a cabinet door in the kitchen that is broke, as well. We were only there for two nights so I didn’t feel the need to call property management since most of this is a maintenance issue!

Pretty good rental.

Great location, nice area. The room could use some upkeep, but I would stay there again. Didn't like how the maintenance people blew dirt and dust all over the vehicles.

Not happy!

When we arrived, it smelled like cleaning chemicals. Had to buy lysol to calm down the smell. There was sand left in the chair in the bedroom. Sheets were not clean. Had to buy sheets to sleep on. Windows were not cleaned after previous visitors. Booked because it was gated, but the gates were never locked. Elevator had heat blowing which was miserable. The area below on the ground was left dirty with towels or sheets on the ground.

The condo is nice and clean but.....

The condo was clean but I have to agree with some of the other commenters on here, the bed in the couch is not comfortable at all, there is a bar that is on your back. The bedroom bed is comfortable but the traffic outside is so loud it makes it impossible to sleep. I had to turn the tv up loud to drown out the street noise. The kitchen needs cookie sheets PLEASE, I had to use a casserole dish to cook my biscuits. For the money you pay it is worth the money, just take ear plugs lol the pool is nice, except for having to listen to the people ride the go carts on the loud wooden track next door. The walk to the beach isn't too bad. There is a public beach access to the left of the tall condo across the street. The only thing I didn't like was there is not a water hose to rinse the sand off, we improvised and filled a sandcastle bucket from the ocean and toted it to the walkway to rinse the sand off, just an idea. And if you are handicapped they do have parking there for you to park by the walkway. All in all we had a good trip, if you get a new sofa bed and cookie sheets it would have been a higher score! I don't know what you could do about the noise from the passing cars outside. Oh and the Mexican restaurant below the condo is AMAZING!!

Wished they wouldn't have set AC to their liking could have had more toilet paper than 2 rolls, for a 7 day visit. Definitely will look for a room away from road, it was to loud every night.

Wow!

Directions were spot on as to how to get there and get up to the home. They had everything provided that I needed. Beach towels, cards, basic necessities. The home was clean and perfect for what we needed. Everything worked wonderfully! My husband was so elated that I surprised him and he was even happier once he saw where we were stayIng. I appreciate you for making this wonderful for us. You provided everything and didn't miss a beat! There was only one thing, advise others not to use the dish washer or either have it fixed. That was all. I wouldn't mind staying again. Thank you!!!

Loud and Vacasa was not accommodating. Don't rent through this company.

We rented this unit. After arrival I turned the AC down, within the hour it was leaking water on top of the electrical wires of the water heater and onto the floor of the laundry room. Someone came out to blow out the line, but it continued to leak over night. He came out again and cleaned the line more. After that the AC was fine. We were woken at 6:30 in the morning to loud construction for 2 days in a row. I asked to be moved to another location and was told they do not move people for that reason. John told me they would be finished with the construction the first day. Unfortunately that was not true!!! The unit was not the cleanest. There was dried toothpaste spit in the bathroom sink and dead bugs in the corners of the vanity. I has to sweep upon arrival and the blanket for the sofa bed smelled like vomit. It had to be washed before use. If you want to cook food make sure to bring something to put the leftovers in. So much for a relaxing vacation. I'm not one to normally complain either.

The room's decor was very nice and up to date. Everything you need is included and price was very reasonable. Is close to quite a few amusement parks which is great but can get a little loud and bright at night.
