Conveniently located near the 30A corridor, Sea Blessings is close to everything the area offers, including land and water activities, dining and entertainment, and, of course, the beach. Breathe the coastal air, relax on the front porch, and sip a cool drink while taking in breathtaking sunsets along Florida’s Gulf Coast!



Sea Blessings is a stunning home with four bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to eleven. Professionally decorated and grand by all accounts, the beautiful finishes and elegant touches in this luxurious home invite you in for a unique experience. A lovely front porch welcomes you with plentiful seating around a gas fire pit, the perfect spot for sharing the day’s adventures. Plush furniture awaits in the living room with seating for all to convene for a movie on the large, built-in flat-screen TV. Gather around the extended dining table or at the breakfast bar for meals and snacks. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of sunshine and filtered light, quietly encouraging the outdoors inside. The fully appointed kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, affords plenty of counter and cabinet space and a Keurig coffee pot for your morning brew!



The first floor showcases a master bedroom with a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Two additional master suites, beautifully decorated, spacious, and with king-sized beds, await on the second floor. Extra seating, wall-mounted TV(s), en suite bathroom(s), and a private balcony are just a few of the features you’ll find here. Enjoy incredible views from the private balcony on the third floor, which also houses a custom-built bunk room accommodating four, and an additional bathroom. You’ll also find a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, 75” flat-screen TV, Gaming Console, and board games the kids will love!



Take a dip in the 12,000 sq. ft. award-winning pool, walk to neighboring shops and restaurants, or explore nearby Rosemary Beach. In Seacrest Village you can walk or text for a tram pickup to the beach. You’ll be on the sand in no time!



Parties and events are strictly prohibited and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Wonderful Week

We had 3 families stay at Sea Blessings for the week and we never felt crowded at all. It is a long walk to the beach, but the tram is usually quick to pick you up. The ac went out during our stay but Scenic Stays was quick to respond and it was fixed within a few hours!

Great location!

Great layout and floorplan! Very quiet section of Seacrest neighborhood but easy walk to the "horseshoe" area where the shops and restaurants are. Super close to the E4 tram stop! Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Kitchen needs wine glasses and the house needs a full length mirror but otherwise was well stocked and well equipped.

Enjoyed our stay

The home was perfect for our group of 6 (2 children and 4 adults). The home was well appointed with large beds and layout. The kids loved the 3rd floor bunk and room. We spent a lot of time on the sizable front porch. The tram stop was just around the corner, which was convenient as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, clean home!

This home was the perfect stay for our girls weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. The property manager was extremely helpful and punctual with any questions we had regarding the area. We were in the perfect location to walk to the local restaurants and shops, and it was very easy to access the beach. We would definitely rent this home again!

Place was in great location and for the most part was cute and clean. however the upstairs bathroom had lots of paint peeling off above shower and falling on people during shower. The main couch downstairs has lots of stains and looks really dirty.

I loved the house, very clean and the bedrooms all were excellent. Only complaints I had was that there were not enough pots to cook with and you need more forks especially with the size of the house and how many people are staying there.

Incredible Location Beautiful Home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful home. It is clean, beautiful, well kept, very comfortable. I cannot imagine a better experience. It is in a beautiful setting near the beach, restaurants, and the pool on the property is great for families. The decor and upkeep of the property is second to none. I will come back again. It was one of my best vacations I have ever had.

We loved staying in this beautiful home and we had a very fun and relaxing time. The home was within walking distance to the beach and the pool in this community is amazing. We loved sitting on the front porch and talking to our friends. This home had everything we needed, from towels to bikes. I am pretty picky about cleanliness and this home was extremely clean when we arrived. We could tell the owners take pride in their vacation home. We will definitely stay here again.

Rough start, but a good ending

Great location and property. It was not clean when we arrived. We had to wait an hour and a half before it was clean. We had to unload because we were making an airport run at 5:30. It was a good place. The shuttle did not run as advertised. It was good despite poor service.

Lovely home

This is a lovely home and a good location to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Our family had a great time on our trip to Florida staying here. We did have a few issues that could be easily fixed by management. We were unable to use the grill because the grates are rusted and had bird droppings on them. The washing machine only used extremely hot water no matter what setting you had it set at. Unfortunately we learned that after shrinking some items. All of the pans had the coating coming off so we had to go out and buy a pan to use for the week. Other than that we would recommend this location.

Great House

Everything was as described. Quick response to questions before and during stays. Easy communication. No issues. Great house - clean, updated, lots of room, and nice. FYI for owners/management - security can be rude and over the top with how they talk and interact w guest. I noticed it when they stopped in and asked my daughter to remove her towel from the front porch and 2 other occasions with other residents around us. One inconvenient process - would be nice to be able to go straight to house and not to the pool to pick up our check in package. Thanks for a great house and stay.

A lovely place to stay!

Lovely house, generally well equipped and linen was very clean. Beautifully furnished, however some of the furniture is getting old. We did not give 5 Stars as the refrigerator is not in good working order. The right door does not close and seal, and this was an issue 3 years ago when we stayed in this house as well. We notified guest services who said a maintenance person would come out. Maintenance did not show up. The outside grill was in desperate need of a deep clean, the house would benefit from a deep clean as well. We had a very good time regardless.

Great neighborhood community

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The the community was a great place to ride bikes and there was so much to do. The beach was very overcrowded because there wasn’t enough space once the chair rental company set up. It was difficult to watch the kids because of the lack of space. The rental property was great, but the beach was way too crowded for us.

Poor value given other vacation choices

Prices are very high for quality of experience in Seacrest and candidly the beach has become insufferable with the beach rental companies taking up ALL of the sand. Pool also won’t allow balls, and makes kids get out for 10 min every hour which created annoyance for the parents. Also an extremely crowded place conpared to 8 years ago when we started going to the area. So an “F” for 30A/Seacrest for our family and the other one that went with us. We’ll move on to somewhere else next summer. The house itself was cramped, but clean. We asked for propane to be refilled (it was empty upon arrival) but the call center wasn’t friendly, and no one ever showed up to refill it. Overall, between tram line, customer service, and even the shops and pool it felt like an attitude of “you are lucky to be here Don’t ask for anything”. Can’t recommend 30A in 2022 anymore.
