Comfortably sleeps up to 4, two in the king sized beachfront main suite and 2 on the queen sleeper sofa with comfy gel mattress in the great room which is also beachfront. You'll fall in love with the bright blue sofa & love seat in the open floor plan great room. The sleeper sofa folds out into a queen sized bed with a gel mattress for added comfort. Curl up in the comfy leather swivel recliner and enjoy the view. Swivel to see the fabulous ocean view or swivel to see the man-sized flat screen wall mounted TV. Lux Speed Wireless Internet and High Definition Streaming is included with this vacation rental! Everyone can log in and surf or stream to their heart's content. We also have charging stations for devices that use USB charging in the great room and the bedroom.

The updated kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, blender, drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, too! See the ocean from your kitchen and have plenty of room to cook and enjoy your vacation. The kitchen closet has a stack washer and dryer for your convenience and an iron and ironing board are also provided for your use. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs with 2 bar stools. This makes it comfortable to eat in or to sit and play board games or cards with your friends and family.
The Grandview Main suite boasts a gulf front view with a king sized pillow top bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bright, cheerful furnishings include ample storage, a hand painted TV console, 2 swivel chairs and table for private conversation beside the floor to ceiling bedroom windows. You'll love this comfortable retreat after a hard day at the beach, with our high thread count sheets and fluffy pillows, you'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The wall mounted flat screen TV is great for enjoying your favorite shows.

The Tropical Breeze Bathroom is a second full bath decorated in bright tropical colors. It is a great guest bathroom that has a walk in shower and a marble topped single vanity. It's perfect for those who are sleeping on the sofa bed. It makes getting ready to go out so much easier when everyone has their own bathroom!

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
