Situated only ½ mile to the famous white sands and turquoise waters of Laguna Beach on the West End of Panama City Beach and 7 minutes to either Pier Park or 30A. This home is the perfect beach getaway and will be a place your family will want to return to year after year.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age.
Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made there are no exceptions made to this policy.

This property is not pet friendly. Absolutely no exceptions. If evidence of a pet is found during your stay or inspection after your stay this could result in possible eviction & a $500.00 fine will be charged.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors as well. This house sleeps 10 people max. No exceptions.

This property has a 4-car maximum. Only 4 standard size vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the property at any time. We respectfully ask that you do not park on the landscaping or on the street.

From October 1st to April 30th the pool will only be able to be heated upon request after booking. If a guest wishes to have the pool heated during those months a request for $50.00 a day will be requested & must be paid in full by your second payment due date. If that charge is not paid in full at that time guests won't be able to heat the pool. This request is nonrefundable after it's paid. Guests must pay for the entire length of their stay. No exceptions. Please Note: When the temperature outside drops below 60 degrees unfortunately the pool will not be able to be heated. The size of the pool the heat pump will only pump if the temperature outside is above 60 degrees. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to our office.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.

This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door, sides of the home, & backyard which records audio and video of the entrance & backyard. Do not tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage.
