We are as touch-less as possible with contactless check in & out. Guests will be issued a code for their stay on a smart lock and will have access to all property information, house rules, local attractions, and more using our GuestView Guide.

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

Pets NOT allowed per condo facility rules.

Guests can access the whole condo except for the owner's locker.

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.
