By far the best family vacation!! The house is just as pictured and the view is absolutely stunning. Having the pool was such an added bonus for the little ones that can’t do the beach all day. We had 19 on this trip and everyone loved the house. Not a single complaint other than we had to leave. Beautiful home that’s perfect for large groups. Can’t wait to visit again!

Disappointing

The location is beautiful. It is very convenient to have access to the beach and pool all right next to each other, especially when you have kids. The stay is advertised as family friendly, however in the rental next to us was a group of 25 college kids for spring break that played loud music every night until 3am, broke glass bottles on our shared walkway to the beach and overall really impacted our stay, which is unfortunate considering the cost. We also notified the company and were told law enforcement was contacted, however considering nothing changed it was unhelpful. Cleanliness wise—we found wrappers in bedroom drawers, a dirty sock in the closest.

The home itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with its own private pool, and incredible ocean views. The owner's attentiveness and care for our experience added a golden touch to our celebration. Their quick responses and helpful tips showed their dedication to ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable time for all. Perfect Fall Break Get-away

Mine and 4 other families stayed at Sea Turtle for fall break - 10 adults and 13 kids ranging from 2 1/2 to 17. This house was perfect for us. There was so much space. When not on the beach, adults could all be together in the living room/kitchen while the teens had their own space in the 2nd floor den. The arrangement of beds was perfect for our crew including 9 boys and 3 girls. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bath. Zero complaints about this property and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house, awesome location

The location of this home could not be beat. An easy walk over the boardwalk onto a perfect, clean and large uncrowded beach. Our only thought for improvement would be the lack of basic supplies and staples in the house. We are a group of 8 adults and 6 children, 3 years old and younger. We would have appreciated a weeks supply of toilet paper, shampoo, soap and garbage bags. We spent good money for the week and we needed to get the basics for the house. We found that a significant issue and thought for improvement

The house is awesome! It fit our group of 21 perfectly. I wasn’t a huge fan of the surrounding area though but we mainly stayed the beach that was steps away. House was clean and well taken care of. We would stay again.

Fantastic house!

This house was perfect for our large family of 16. There were more than enough beds and baths to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We used both the grill and the green egg which was so nice! I would bring/buy a good stack of dish towels though. The proximity to the beach was so convenient and the kids loved hopping back and forth between the pool and beach. We walked to get ice cream a couple of nights and appreciated how close we were to restaurants and a few shops. Management was very responsive to our questions and when we had an issue with the coffeemaker, they brought a brand new one by within a couple of hours. We most definitely will rent from Warren Beach Rentals again. It was a truly wonderful experience!

Perfect family getaway with or without kids!!

Absolutely recommend. The property was perfect for our multigenerational family. Quick response time from property manager when the pool quit heating! The pool was great for the four children 2 and under. The view was beautiful for the adults to enjoy over a cup of coffee before the kids woke up and again with your choice of beverage after they fell asleep. Grocery stores were close by and with all the kids we did not try to eat out. The kitchen was perfect for our large family. The bunk room upstairs would be great for older kids!! Having a king size bed in every room was a huge plus and one of the reasons we booked this property. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future family vacations.

Family Friendly Beach Spot

Very large 3 story house with lots of places to sleep. TVs in every room. Small heated pool is great for small kids, and the ledge portion is good for toddlers. Very quite inside when doors closed, occasional noise from neighbors on the back deck/pool area. Beach is wide, sand is soft, traffic was minimal. Good water pressure, good temp control.

Sea Turtle was very modern, spacious and well furnished. The beach was great and location is very good! Enjoyed our stay! We used the gas grill to prepare a few meals. Everyone used the private pool while entertaining on the deck. Parking was ample.
