Enjoy the perfect family getaway from this freshly painted and updated14th floor piece of paradise within Seychelles Beach Resort. The owner of unit 1406 provides a 2 person cabana chair and umbrella you get to use with your rental (Available from March-October). This beautiful beachfront unit features a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico that will keep you coming back for vacations to come. Bedroom 1 features a King size bed and private bathroom while the unit also hosts twin bunks in the hallway with a sleeper sofa in the common area to sleep 6 total. The unit also features a second full bathroom adjacent to the hallway bunks. Enjoy the beachside amenities of Seychelles Beach Resort features a beachside pool, fitness center, great gathering space, and much more!

Seychelles is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 8 minutes away and the Marina is 4 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Sweet Home Alabama Ice Cream shop is located only 3 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. You get one parking pass and 6 resort bands with this Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

Guest must be at least 19 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival (if under 19) to the resort by the Security Gate.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Amazing views and checkin was easy as could be. The little communication needed was great. Pots/pans left a lot to be desired, and bring your own salt n pepper. It's warn in many areas, but good enough. The beach chair offering was well worth the stay.

Great condo

The condo was great and check in was easy. I wish the check out was a little later than 9am. Bring an extra blanket if you have someone staying on the sofa bed. Overall it was a great condo and we would stay here again.

The location was great, it was quiet and clean. The condo itself had some issues - weird noisy flushing toilet, no stopper for bathtub(had to go buy one), broken railing on balcony fixed with a piece of wood that didn’t look secure.

Last Minute Vacation

Quick, easy, efficient rental process. Condominium was clean and early entry was a plus. Great location next to Schooners. Beach chairs were included and we were able to reserve a great chair location for the entire stay on the first day. No need to worry about chair reservations or location after the first day. Great vacation.

Property was great
except there were very few supplies. We ran out of toilet paper the first day, only 2 trash bags, cooking utensils were terrible. Worst thing was only one parking pass which was not made clear before rental. Our two couples have stayed many times and have never had a parking problem. We love location and have stayed in building many times for some reason this year they gave me all kinds of trouble about plugging in my ev even though management okay it. O yeah ice maker also didn’t work. We’ll book again but a little more attention to detail would be nice.

4 Day Get Away

As it is described. Quiet at night and offers a great view of the beach from the 14th floor. Bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great. Everything worked in the unit. Management staff went above and beyond expectations getting us checked in. Definitely would stay there again.

Myself and two best friends stayed here. Cozy clean condo. The only thing I was surprised about is the master bedroom did not face the ocean. I probably didn’t read that part. Elevators were fast and clean. Great place. Will come back.

We had a great time staying here for the week and enjoyed the wonderful beach view from our balcony. There was ample room for all our stuff. It was also decorated nicely in a beach theme. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well.
