Shores of Panama 228 is a spacious 3 bedroom plus bunkroom condo located in Panama City Beach. Located on the 2nd floor with a perfect view of the lagoon style pool and Ocean. This unit is in a perfect location close to beach access and on a low floor which means no waiting for the elevator!

This unit has all the comforts of home with its NEWLY renovated and stocked kitchen and spacious floor plan. With a large kitchen table and a large sectional in the living room this unit can comfortably seat everyone in your party.

This 2nd floor condo offers a reserved parking space conveniently located on the same floor. This means no need wait for elevators when heading out to dinner or down to the beach for the day.

The Shores of Panama Resort is next door to the famous Pinapple Willy's Restaurant and directly across the street from Walmart.

Shores of Panama has many onsite amentias from the Tiki Bars to the Pizza and Ice Cream shop, there is something for everyone. This resort offers a large indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, outdoor lagoon style pool with water features, large outdoor jacuzzi. All of which is just steps from the private beach access to the sugar white sand beach making it easier to enjoy the areas main attraction.

Prior to arrival guests will pay a 1-time fee of $113.04 for their parking permit and wristbands. Wristbands allow access to and from the beach, parking garage, and all other amenities offered at the resort. Guests will be sent a link to register a few days prior to arrival.

Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.

Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, short walk to the exit and into the pool area, hot tub, beach and Pineapple Willy’s. This was the second time staying at the Shores of Panama condos and has quickly become our favorite. Melanie was an amazing host, very attentive to our needs and communication was great.

The host is amazing to work with, really sweet and responsive is fast! The condo was nice just as described. Family friendly site! We had issues with parking and our spaces being taken. The security and workers outside aren’t nice or helpful very rude and not attentive to the issues. Other than that I highly recommend the condo and resort! Very nice resort!

We recently stayed at The Shores of Panama and overall had a wonderful experience. The unit was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great family vacation. The pool and beach access were absolutely fantastic — truly the highlights of our trip — and the check-in process was simple and smooth. We made lifelong family memories here.There were a few areas that could be improved. The dryer took about three hours to fully dry a load, and the washing machine’s top rack does not have a stopper, so it can easily pull out completely if not careful. It took a couple of days to get repairs completed for three of the TVs, but the repair technician was able to resolve the issues once they arrived. The TV on the top bunk unfortunately didn’t have a cable box connected, so it wasn’t usable during our stay.One other suggestion for improvement: for a unit of this size, having two parking spaces should be standard. With two vehicles, parking was challenging — the parking deck is very tight and difficult to navigate.Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. The location, beach, and pool amenities made it a memorable trip for our family.

Overall the condo was good for my family and I. I loved how the parking was on the same level. Because I have an issue with walking from my stroke. Be advised the parking spaces are small and it’s very busy during Spring Break. I ended scraping my car trying to pull into the spot. The condo looks exactly like the picture. The rooms are spacious. I really couldn’t see the beach because the palm trees were blocking the view. All how the owner responded quickly to my question. Overall excellent and I would go back

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We loved staying in this beautiful unit at the Shores of Panama. The condo was large, clean, and had very comfortable bed. The unit is so close to the stairs to get to the pool and beach which was so nice! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This condo was immaculate and exactly what we were looking for. I made an error in my online reservation and as a result was unable to view any of the specifics of our booking - Melanie was a dream to work with and answered all of my questions throughout the process. Great property with great amenities and close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The property owner was great at communicating with us. The facilities are very nice and are so close to the beach. There is a fun atmosphere with music playing at the pool and a nice tiki bar. Everyone was very friendly. There were multiple security guards protecting the property at all entrances around the clock. If I had to make one suggestion, I would like there to be a few beach chairs available for use to avoid paying to rent some each day since we flew in and were unable to bring our own. Other than that, this was a great place to stay and we hope to return in the future!

Absolutely perfect—fantastic location

We had an amazing experience at this condo. The cleanliness and tasteful decoration of the space made me feel right at home, and I was thrilled to find everything I needed to cook with for the week. The location of the condo was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding areas and enjoy all that the area had to offer. I appreciated the attention to detail that went into the decor, and it was clear that the owners took great care to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped vacation rental for a large group.
