The unit is located on the ground floor for easy access with parking in front.

Enjoy fast wifi, cable tv and a well-stocked kitchen during your stay at this sparkling clean and modern beach condo.

The space:
Because of the limited space, we do not recommend more than 4 adults in our condo.

Guest access:

Cute little beach condo

Such a cute little condo, right by the beach. I love that you pull in and park by the door. No fighting for a spot in a parking garage. No elevator to wait on. It’s so easy to get in and out. Super short walk to beach. Perfect size our family. We have stayed here before and will stay here again for sure.

Lovely little place

My husband and I and our two girls ages 8 and 10 stayed here during a quick weekend trip to the Gulf and it was lovely. The owner was very responsive and helpful and the place was well equipped with everything you could need for a visit to the ocean. The beds were VERY comfortable. The parking is literally right outside the front door as this is on the ground level of a two-story condo building, but the unit was pretty quiet despite that. The hall bunks were perfect for our girls. A sliding door between the hallway and the living room would be a nice addition. That way adults could stay awake in the living room while they slept in the hallway. But hallway bunks are so common in beach houses so it’s not a big deal. Just might be a nice upgrade. The pool was older but my girls loved it and the ocean
 LITERALLY across the street from the condo. And no steps
 flat all the way. Very convenient. And despite being July 4th there was room for us on the public beach. Overall we loved this little place and would go back for sure. Thank you to the owners for such a great set up and comfy beds!

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway to PCB! The condo was super clean, incredibly comfortable and very relaxing! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the convenience of having our car parked right outside our door was super helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Loved it!

The condo is as nicely decorated and kept up as in the pictures. Easy, ground floor and parking right in front. In a great area of PCB and so close to the water. We will be coming back soon!

West PCB Heaven

This condo was a perfect fit for my husband, my 2 children, and myself. The area was so quiet (which we weren't expecting due to spring break). Erin was super quick to get back to me when I had a question. The condo had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay here exceeded every expectation. I’ve stayed in several different places in PCB and this one outdid them all. The communication with Erin was easy and prompt, the condo itself was gorgeous. Everything you could need was provided for cooking and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the condo. The beds were comfortable and the linens were also great (which is not usually my experience with rentals.) The beach access is so close and made trekking back and forth with a toddler a breeze! Would absolutely return. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect PCB Condo

We absolutely loved this condo
it was in a great location, we could walk across the street to the beach (which wasn’t overcrowded), and the condo itself was cute and clean. Our kids loved the community pool. The owner was super nice and communication was great. For anyone traveling to PCB to play ball, this condo is only 6 minutes away from Frank Brown and about 20 minutes away from the Publix Sports Complex. It was perfect. Also, the beds were really comfortable
and we are spoiled by our beds at home, so we really appreciate that. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Thanks for the hospitality, Erin!

Perfect Location!!!

This home was beautiful and super clean. The location was steps from the beach. The beds were all nice and the kitchen had everything needed to cook while on vacation. Erin was always quick to answer any questions. We will definitely return here I'm the future!!

nice condo!

We enjoyed our very first stay in a main level condo. No elevators, no high rises, no walk overs, no carts. Just drive up to your door. HUGE plus for us! Even though it was across the street, beach access was super convenient. Condo is cute as a button. Erin was a gem. Responded quickly anytime I had a question. Would choose this place again.
