Unwind in the living room on comfortable furniture and flat screen TV after a long day at the beach. A fully equipped kitchen provides the chef of the group to whip up delectable meals or enjoy one of the many near by restaurants. When it’s time to call it a day, you’ll find a queen guest bedroom and an additional guest room with Twin over Twin Bunks to comfortably sleep 6. Parking for 4. Parking in garage not available. Lyndell Beach Cottage is located in the central part of Panama City Beach.  It is a great quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach.  It is also located just minutes to Pier Park.

House most definitely was not cleaned, we found under wear under one of the beds there was roaches and ants in the house and the bathrooms were disgusting the tv in the living room didnt work at all

When we arrived, open the door to enter the home and the screen door fell apart detached from the wall. We get in and the sink in the hall bath was leaking water. And the bathroom in the master bath the toilet was stopped up. we arrived Monday afternoon. Check-in was at four and we called and did not get the toilet fixed until Thursday afternoon the day before we checked out on Friday. No one offered partial refund or anything for our experience or even a free day. The inconvenience of one toilet for eight people was very frustrating.

Convenient location

The location is great! We will definitely stay there again. My family and I had a great trip. We was able to walk to the beach, pier to fish, eat, shop and play. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe.

Great stay close to the beach

The only thing I would rate down was cleanliness. Needed the vacuum ran a little better as I found lots of long hairs by the master bathroom sink. It was super close to the beach and within walking to a souvenir shop. Beautiful home with great backyard for small gatherings and outdoor shower for after the beach. So great.
