Bob was a wonderful host. He answered all of our questions as well as made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is clean, well maintained, and completely updated. I would recommend staying here! Also it has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean that is hard to beat!

The host was accommodating for the refund we asked for and went beyond the normal due to the the fact half of the condo building is under construction. We did not have use of the balconies as this half is under construction and they are redoing the balconies. The construction noise started early at 8 am and didn’t stop until 5pm. Due to the construction one of the pools was closed completely and the other had very limited hours. The condo it self was nice just couldn’t stay during construction so had to leave and find another place which was very inconvenient. My issue is with VRBO and not vetting the places that are listed as this listing and others they have listed on there site did not list this was under major renovation during our stay. This was a huge disappointment and very misleading on VRBO site as I would have booked elsewhere as this was a surprise family trip that was booked months in advance and I don’t revive warning until the day before our trip. The owner reminded our monies and VRBO did refund is there booking fee but I feel we should have been refunded more for the issues and inconvenience this caused us not to mention I was on the phone with VRBO for over 2 1/2 hours while on vacation. VRBO needs to do better and to check if the listing me are forth coming with construction and other things that could ruin a trip due to no fault of the renter.

We had a great time. Unit was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The owner, Bob, called us before the trip, during, and after to ensure our trip was going okay and if there was anything he could do for us. Highly recommend and we will be back next year.

This resort is everything it claims to be. Clean, beautiful, efficient. You really dont need to leave for anything unless you chose to do so. Our condo was perfect, well equipped with everything we needed and the view is absolutely stunning. The owners made sure we got checked in and made sure we didnt need anything. Also made suggestions of local resturants. It was an amazing week! The weather was perfect! The atmosphere was perfect! We plan to return next year!!!

Finishes Not As They Appear On Listing/Photos

We had a few uninvited guest, little bugs, mostly in the kitchen. Bathroom tile, not great install. Flooring has several defects. King mattress was not very good, sagging and it is a foot longer than the mattress support. Dresser drawers fall out when you open them. Toilet paper holders are not secured very well. We provided a pizza cutter and a pizza pan and some cheese cutters.

Birthday trip

The condo was awesome and truly was as wonderful as the pictures showed. The master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need and loved the wine cooler for our drinks. The beach chairs was a great perk. People here were so friendly and made some new friends. The view from the balcony was great!

We really enjoyed this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Everything appeared new. I would highly recommend staying here. We plan to come back next year with our kids.
