This unit is located on the 11th floor with over 1300 square feet of living space, 200 square feet of covered outdoor space with table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. If you are lucky you will get to see the dolphins right out front. Beach service included during season. Starting Aug. 18th 2025 the resort is doing a major project to last until March 13th 2026. From 8/28/25-11/28/25 the east pool will be closed, from 10/20/25-3/13/26 the west pool will be closed, the main pool will be closed 11/28/25-1/30/26.

Long Beach Resort offers three pools, 2 hot tubs and a beautiful sandy beach right out the back door with coded access. Long Beach is a gated community with 24 hour security and high speed elevators for your convenience.
Panama City Beach is a great area to spend time with family and friends. We are close to shopping, lots of attractions and golf courses. The resort offers carefree check in so that you go right to this home (except during spring break) You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person that is at least 25 for every two people under 25 years old.
