You won’t want to leave! Gorgeous gulf views from every room with amazing floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows. The beauty of the Emerald Coast is simply breathtaking, the sunsets are absolutely stunning! The layout here is unique, spacious and updated! You will enjoy relaxing on the fabulous, covered balcony or try out the beach chair service provided for your in season stay. Everything here is very clean including the air! Your vacation home is protected by bacteria killing UV technology within the air conditioning equipment. The cooling/heating system is treated with an odor free anti-microbial product on a regular basis.
This unit is located on the 11th floor with over 1300 square feet of living space, 200 square feet of covered outdoor space with table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. If you are lucky you will get to see the dolphins right out front. Beach service included during season.

• Living room has large comfortable sectional couch with pullout sleeper, large smart tv, balcony access
• Dining area has table with 6 chairs and kitchen counter has 4 cushioned stools
• Kitchen is fully stocked; coffee maker, coffee grinder, (you bring the coffee!) blender, toaster, cookware and dishes
• Both bathrooms have double sinks, good counter space and great water pressure in the showers! Linens, hair dryers and magnifying mirrors
• Bedroom one has comfortable king bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet and balcony access
• Bedroom two has two comfortable queen beds, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet and balcony access
• Full sized washer, dryer and iron with ironing board
• Free WIFI and cable tv are included in your stay
Unit door code is changed for every new guest

Long Beach Resort offers three pools, 2 hot tubs and a beautiful sandy beach right out the back door with coded access. Long Beach is a gated community with 24 hour security and high speed elevators for your convenience.
Panama City Beach is a great area to spend time with family and friends. We are close to shopping, lots of attractions and golf courses. The resort offers carefree check in so that you go right to this home (except during spring break) You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person that is at least 25 for every two people under 25 years old. This condo is very popular so don’t wait to book your home away from home special vacation.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The view, the sitting area, the walk in showers, the front beach, you name it. Walmart is less than 2 min away as well! I would definitely recommend this place and would highly rent it again for our pcb vacation stays.

Excellent Condo on t he Beach!

This is the second time we have stayed at the property in the last year. We thoroughly enjoy Panama City Beach and this condo/location. It is well appointed, very clean and has a great view of the gulf - the lanai's at Long Beach Resort are large and accommodating. Great vacation condo and vacation location!
