great except

1. little nats in the unit 2. No instructions on how to use the TV - very frustrating. Basically couldn't use the TV. 3. The refrigerator was making a weird noise at times near the end of our stay.

The pictures do not do the place and/or property justice. My family and I were more than pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the condo was. The renovations were fantastic and spot on. The property is perfectly located right on the beach with an amazing view. The kids loved having the bunk beds and queen size bed in the same room. We spent time in the condo, which was more than spacious for my wife and I and three kids, we took advantage of the pool, which is very large and were steps from the beach. We had many friends staying together in a large house down the beach and they commented that they wanted to stay where we were all in our units. We will definitely be staying at this location again.

Great Place!

This is our 2nd time at this unit, and probably our 12th time at Sand Cliffs. It’s always nice! They’ve updated this unit since the last time we stayed, and it looks great! The amenities are great! The kitchen was properly stocked with all the needed utensils and pans. I’m sure we will be back.

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo - Lovely

Very nicely appointed condo. Very well maintained and clean. Very nice updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Amazing ocean views and nice quiet place with pool just a few steps nearby. So much nearby. Our family enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

I love Sand Cliffs!

This is my third stay at Sand Cliffs and my first stay in unit 415. It has recently been updated and was very nice and provided everything we needed. There was plenty of space and it looked just like the pictures provided online. The elevator was right outside the door which was very convenient. My only complaint was that the matress in the master bedroom was pretty uncomfortable. I would definitely consider staying in this unit again.

Loved this unit!!

My husband and I stayed in this unit over the Labor Day weekend. The unit was very clean. Loved updated kitchen. Furniture was very nice in living area. Bedrooms were great too. Plenty of closet space in both rooms. Loved the view from the balcony. Overlooked the nice pool. Liked the chairs on the balcony too. The property is in a great location. Not right in the busy part of 30A. But only a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shopping. The property was well kept. We would definitely stay here again. Also easy check in and check out. I chose this property by location and pictures on the web page. Was pleasantly surprised by both when we arrived.
