All Grand Panama guests must register for Parking Pass(es). There is a $55 flat resort fee for guests when they register which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle and wristbands for the guests 13 and older. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Motorcycle parking pass is $55. This fee is in addition to the booking. Grand Panama 1-2204 has 2 Private Parking spaces located under the building.

This place was so beautiful! The views were amazing! The only complaint I would have is the air not working in the bedrooms. They were very warm to sleep in and even fans didn’t help.

We were down for 3 days for work, and this was a great option. Very nicely appointed. I read some old reviews, and I do think the AC still needs some tweaking between the front bedrooms and the rear. Great place though.

Girls’ trip

This penthouse is amazing!! It’s so roomy and decorated beautifully. Perfect for a large girls’ trip or 3 couples with a few kids. It was really clean with plenty of towels for everyone. The parking spots were conveniently located. The pool area was like we were at a tropical resort. I loved everything about this unit and the resort. Also, Melissa, Jill, and Will were very helpful and nice.

Everything was great! Had a wonderful trip. The A/C in the master bedroom ( with an ocean view ) didn’t seem to be working properly. The room was warmer than the rest of the condo. It’s really an amazing condo with a spectacular view of the gulf.

Grand Panama Penhouse

The overall stay was very nice. The Suite was very nice and a lot of room for everyone. The AC in the front room and kitchen was great, but in the bedrooms very little air. The bedrooms were always hot. Two chairs and umbrella were supposed to come free with the room, but the beach attendant stated it was first come only. But overall stay was very nice.

We had a great stay here! The beds and even the pull out sofa was extremely comfortable. The only complaint we have wasn't about the condo itself...but the parking policy at the property. We had the penthouse so we had a larger group. 4 cars total and only 2 spots to park. We went over Memorial Day weekend so everywhere was absolutely packed. Parking was a nightmare. Otherwise everything was great!

Grand Indeed!

Amazing overall experience. From the questions that I asked prior to checking in, to leaving the property, I felt as though I was their main customer. Everything about the Grand Penthouse was exactly as described and then some. The place was as clean as a brand new house upon entering. The layout was huge and we all had space and didn't feel crammed. The views from any of the three balconies were spectacular. I contacted the owner twice during our stay and they responded within minutes. Overall, the whole experience with this property was one I will remember for a long time. Thank you again!
