This classic Carillon home is strategically situated in a perfect location in the heart of Carillon---on Lake Carillon and directly across the street from the Beach Club Pool and the Gulf. The home features three king bedrooms, one on the first floor, an oversized master BR (with private balcony) on the second floor and day bed/trundle in the 3rd floor tower. Take in stunning views from the expansive porches on all three floors of this lovely home. Enjoy a nap, some quiet conversation or read a book on a screened in porch at the rear of the home, overlooking Lake Carillon. It's almost like being on the gulf without paying gulf-front prices.

*Two sets of beach chairs (4 loungers), pads and umbrellas are provided daily (March 1 - Oct 31) by the main Gulf pool walkover. Beach towels are provided in the home for our guests.

THE LUCKY DUCK is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked at any time in front of (or in the case of a corner lot on the side of) a home, in the HOA Gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any HOA Gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway of a home it is identified with.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $42.50/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES.
