The Summit PCB 528 ** 1 Bed, 1.5 Bath ** Beachfront & close to elevator

Reduced Rate for October 1-22, 2025, due to balcony floor and railing replacement. Gulf of America view, but no balcony access during this time period.

This well-maintained Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 5th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This exceptional 5th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and separate bunk area and bedroom make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

-Summit does not allow pets

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project scheduled to end May 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. All construction on this unit's balcony has been completed. Other units in the building are still being fitted with new balcony railings, so construction noise and dust may still occur. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

Nice condo, nothing luxury , but clean and roomy. Dryer needs repaired. The Summit is a great family spot!

We had a whole group staying in different condos and they were all very nice. Sitting on the balcony n the evening was so peaceful and relaxing! Will be back again next year!

Needs Updated

The condo seemed clean all except one of the cabinets were sticky. We did preform our property inspection report but after we submitted realized the dishes were left in the dishwasher so we just left them in there and washed we used by hand. The condo could use some updates including the old plant arrangements. Ice maker did not work along with mold on the ceiling in the shower. At times when the HVAC would come on it would make a terrible loud noise.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy the beach , the view, but we weren’t happy with the conditions and dirty of the condo and the bad customer service that they have.I hope they renovate this unit.
