This beautifully appointed home offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort for families or large groups. Whether you're gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying the outdoor oasis, Toes in the Sand promises an unforgettable beach getaway.

Main Floor Features:

A large living room with a big-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach.
A dining area with seating for 8, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare family favorites.
A queen-sized bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combination and a private exit to the outdoor paradise, including the brand-new inground pool and hot tub.
Second Floor Features:

A second living area with a flat-screen TV for extra space to unwind.
Two queen-over-queen bunk rooms with queen trundles, each sleeping up to 6 guests. These rooms share a full bath.
Two luxurious king master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and private balcony access overlooking the beach.
Outdoor Living at Its Best

Step outside and be captivated by the stunning new outdoor living area. The private pool and hot tub are surrounded by ample lounge seating, perfect for basking in the sun or enjoying a relaxing evening. The pool can be heated from March 1 to December 31 for an additional fee of $50 per day in summer and $100 per day in winter (pool heat is not available in January or February).

Booking Guidelines:

3-night minimum stay required during all seasons.
Weekend-to-weekend bookings only in summer and spring break.
Must be 25 or older to rent. The primary renter must stay for the entire duration of the rental.
