Bonita Point is a small development one block off the beach. This townhome has 1500 square feet with 960 square feet upstairs, complete with 1 bedroom with a king size bed, full bath with a garden tub and a separate shower, as well as living space with sleeper sofa and a fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs sleeps 4. The 550 square foot downstairs has a queen size Murphy bed and 2 twin xl bunks in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the efficiency area and sleeps 6. The downstairs has a full bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Full size private garage space is perfect for your automobile, motorcycles, beach toys, boat, etc. There are 2 more parking spaces in front of the townhome and several spaces around the complex. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach or you can drive over to the beach access. We have beach chairs, coolers, and beach wagon to use as well. Come and enjoy this great hidden gem!

Wonderful Trip

This was a great place for our family to stay in PCB. We had a large group and it was nice to find a place that could accommodate all of us for a reasonable price. Owner was friendly and answered questions very quickly. Short walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property in PCB! The accommodations were just as listed, spotless, fully equipped, and had plenty of space for our entire family. The split floor plan was perfect—it gave the kids and adults their own space and made our stay much more relaxing. The walk to the beach was short-super convenient. One unexpected bonus was the garage—such a great added perk for storing beach gear (The home has supplies you need to go to the beach or the on-property pool.) David, the owner was very personable and prompt to respond. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and well-thought-out vacation home.

I would stay again

Having the extra room downstairs was nice for the price. It is a rock throw from the go-carts so it is not quiet. You could walk to the beach but we rode over to the public parking since we had so much stuff. I would stay again

Great Spot

Centrally located, close to beach access, putt putt, gokarts, stores, etc. Stayed here with friends and our 3 kids. Spaces are split upstairs and downstairs (kind of like separate apartments) which is helpful to know when planning out where small kids will stay. David was very responsive. Would stay again! Great set up for multi generation.

We stayed at this property with our daughter/son in law and their two children. The layout of the property allowed for us to be upstairs and for them to have their own little studio apartment downstairs. The main area is spacious and comfortable. It does back on to a go-cart track which my grandchildren loved to watch. We didn’t hear any noise at night which was great. The complex is gated which meant our grandkids could play out front without worrying about cars speeding by. The house was well equipped with a couple of coolers, lawn chairs and a couple of beach towels. The complex pool is not huge but when we were there we were the only ones who used it. The beach is a couple of blocks away and you do have to cross a busy road but there is a crosswalk signal there so the traffic will stop for you. The beach is amazing, be soft white sand and lots of room. There are not a lot of highrises in this area so the beach is less crowded. Check out Schooners for a casual beach vibe, Dat Cajun Place for a fun atmosphere and Andy’s Flour Power for delicious breakfasts. Dave was responsive and easy to work with. We would rent here again!
