This house was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Everything worked well, no issues. Communication with the host was very responsive. We loved the private pool (with tv), and being able to walk to/from the beach. Nice beach too! You definitely want to be on the south side of 30A, in my opinion. Can be more expensive, but worth it to be able to walk to the beach. We would consider staying here again!

We all loved our stay in this beautiful house! It was comfortable, peaceful, and everyone slept so well. The hot tub was wonderful — our evening soak under the stars was absolutely magical. Ryan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The beach house was perfect for a Merry Christmas! The host, Ryan was so responsive and kind. The heated pool made a big difference for our grands and the hot tub for the adults. I would choose this again.

My family had a really nice stay at Ryan's place. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved the pool, hot tub and being a short walk from the private beach. Fantastic place!

We enjoyed our stay very very much. The property was clean, stocked with plenty of utensils and supplies, and the layout of the property was fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and the ease of access to the beach as well. We will definitely be returning in the near future!
