We loved this place. The layout is perfect and so quiet as it is the end unit and empty lot next door. My grands loved the bunk beds. (8 and 6). We had a wonderful week and glad the hosts shared their condo!

The property was clean and extremely nice. You can’t ask for a nicer condo. The beach was primarily occupied by chairs you had to purchase with limited access to waterfront without paying.

Vacation

The location was everything! The condo was very nice except it would’ve been nice to know that the fourth bedroom was not air-conditioned. It was very hot in that room and very uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in there. My son and daughter-in-law ended up having their two children sleep in their bed with them as that fourth bedroom could not be utilized. Other than that, the condominium was wonderful, the location is wonderful and overall we had a good time.

Family vacation

The location of condo was perfect. The accommodations were accurate. The size of the bedroom with bunk was very small, but worked out ok. The view from the lower room was beautiful. The pool areas was quite small for a building this large, but was not too crowded during our time. During peek season I could see it not being adequate overall, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo was very nicely decorated. The only negative about cleanliness was the master bathroom closet. It seemed to be overlooked during cleaning. Certainly not a deal breaker., just an oversight. The full sized washer and dryer was nice for a party of 9. Would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect location for our family to enjoy the beach and local attractions. We received prompt responses to our inquiries as well. A little more explanation of the parking lots would have been helpful so you would know ahead of time. We would definitely return for a visit.

Family friendly PCB Stay

I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking in PCB. The location was extremely convenient and not as crowded as other areas of PCB. There was plenty to do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and the pool was nice. We had seven adults and two babies and it never felt too crowded.

Grandview 101

The condo itself is a beautiful, end unit, above the parking area. And, believe it or not, it’s nice and quiet! On the 1st floor, so an easy walk up or ride in the elevator. We didn’t think we’d see dolphins from this height, but we saw them almost every day! There’s a closet loaded with beach chairs, toys, etc. The kitchen is adequately supplied.Only cons: pool heater was broken during our stay due to the snow fall in January, there’s only 1 grill (but luckily for us we were never inconvenienced), the fitness center has broken equipment in it, and there’s no security for the parking that we noticed, although we assume someone must be checking to see that your vehicle has the correct parking pass).We would consider returning here for certain!

This resort was excellent! We have nothing but great things to say about Warren Beach rental! The location was great. The room was extremely clean and we had the best time! Very spacious and a great view! Would highly recommend and we have already booked for next year!

Great condo!

The room was great! The parking....not so much! The pool is way too small for such a big place. Very convenient to the beach! Overall great stay, i just wish they had a crosswalk over such a busy road. The condo was amazing!

Our stay was pretty decent. There were some things that could be better but over all it was pretty good. There was mold in the washer that we had to clean out and the top shelf on the refrigerator was broken. We would definitely stay here again.

First floor balcony, I felt I was right on the beach!

Loved the ease of access to the beach. Spacious unit with enough beds for 8 adults comfortably. Top bunk in bunk room only suitable for children, as the ladder access was metal steps very painful on adult feet. We would definitely come back!

Home away from home

Beautiful area, good view of the beaches and sunset’s. Beds comfy. Listing of channels for tv’s great but could be clearer as to what actual channels can be watched. Not all in group savey with gadgets. Also everyone with different equipment etc so guides on coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. Easy to walk to Walmart, restaurants.

Fall Getaway

We definitely enjoyed our time, there are a couple of things that needed some attention but nothing that was a game changer or that ruined our stay. We wished there was a lower table to eat at as we had a little with us, or having a high chair, and there was some sand on floor on arrival but, you definitely can expect that being at the beach. We would definitely book again!
