This spacious and charming home is steps away from your private deeded beach access ( 2-minute golf cart ride) and a mere 150 feet from the resort-like community  pool. VITAMIN SEA is conveniently located near a variety of sought-after 30A beach destinations like The Big Chill, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, surrounded by charming shops, top-rated restaurants and entertainment for families and adults alike. Vitamin Sea is pet-friendly, comes with a 6-seat golf cart and boasts smart TVs in every bedroom, and offers 6 beach chairs and beach towels.  The moment you pull up to Vitamin Sea vacation begins. TRANSPORTATION
- 6 person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate).

- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.
- Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided after booking.

There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!

It was a beautiful property and a wonderful stay. I think some kinks could be worked out on key details being hidden and hard to find in the app. Also we had to find out the pool code from some other renter.

Great place to stay

This was our second time staying at Vitamin Sea. This time we brought our son and his family. The grandkids had a blast, they especially loved the golf cart rides to the beach. The home is well equipped for children and adults. We loved the small community and the short walks around the loop. As much as I would love to keep this home to myself, I highly recommend staying here <3

LOVE THIS HOME!! PERFECT FOR A FAMILY BEACH VACATION!!!

We had our family vacation here with our adult children and one grandchild. The home was clean and very well stocked with everhthing we needed. TV's in every bedroom plus the FR. Plenty of seating for everyone. This home is super close to the AWESOME pool that is super nice and they were putting out brand new chairs while we were there. The beach is a short golf cart ride and there was always parking for the cart. We could not have had such a great experience w/o the golf cart so THANK YOU!! The home is at the very end of a VERY nice neighborhood. So somewhat wooded and secluded but yet close to everything you need. We rented bikes so also biked everywhere as well. Rosemary is about 2.5 miles away. Lots of affordable places to eat. The beach here is STUNNING. It's like being in the Caribbean....super GREEN and white soft BEAUTIFUL Sand! We had such a great time and loved the home so much we will def be back!!

Loved Our Stay :)

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, superb outdoor community pool (no hot tub), beautiful home probably one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed at which was such a plus!!! We felt very comfortable there, and all the furnishings were excellent. One small complaint which the listing did mention was the Wi-Fi being spotty. If you want a quiet getaway, I would definitely recommend this house! :)

Fabulous Fun at the beach

The house was great- updated, clean, prepared, and just perfect from the first moment we arrived! All the details and codes were in order and worked perfectly! The golf cart was very handy as were the beach chairs! We enjoyed the private beach access and the team at Dolce de Vita as well! All in all a great stay- we will definitely return to this house!!!

AMAZING!!

Vitamin Sea has it all! It was our first time visiting the 30A area and it was one to remember. The house was clean, spacious, fully stocked, and comfortable. We loved the decor, the gulf cart, the outdoor shower and the community pool. The neighborhood is great for walking and is away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. Nice The golf cart made the trips to the beach a breeze. We liked the location, near Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach one direction and Seagrove and Seaside area on the other. The Big Chill being close by was another plus. Would most definitely stay again and would recommend!

Lovely Home!

This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch and loved that the home was located at the end of the street. It was fully stocked and even had hand soap dispensers in all the bathrooms (I always have to bring my own). The neighborhood is charming! The use of the golf cart was helpful to get to 30A, and then it was just a short walk to the beach. The property manager, Andrea, was very friendly and attentive to my emails. We would definitely stay here again.

We love our stay. The house is beautiful and worked great for our family of 11. The house is well stocked which made it easy for going to the beach or making meals. The proximity to the beach and ease of access was also wonderful. Would rent again!

This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything one may need while on vacation! We so appreciated how the owners stocked the home with quality items (kitchenware, bedding, etc...) that made the stay so pleasurable. We would be remiss not to mention the fabulous property manager for this home. I have stayed on 30A for 20 years and this property manager was hands down the best I have every worked with (and not all property managers are created equal). The location is perfect, the home is beautiful, and the property manager is fabulous! Thanks for a perfect vacation!

Perfect for Family Vacation

Vitamin Sea was the best! We had grandparents and kids all stay here and we loved it. The place has everything we needed, golf cart, chairs, coffee makers, ice makers, outdoor shower etc. The community pool is also nice to have if people need a break from the beach. Five stars. Hope to come back next year. P.S. although the house allows dogs, the beach does NOT allow dogs so beware before you bring your pup.

Perfect for Family Fun

The property was really nice! Very clean and modern. Plenty of space for our family. Even had a jumbo jenga to play. Super close to the beach and the golf cart is perfect for traveling along the strip. A wonderful place to stay!
